A special type of pipeline was added on the ground of Sand Port, with a rubber hose on the outside and metal cables on the inside, installed on the central divider of the Wuhu Elevated Bridge.
The conductive lines extend along the elevated bridge, connecting the towns of Sand Port and Jade City, ensuring basic coverage in areas where people are present.
After reaching the distribution points at various residential areas, the lines were laid underneath the main streets to facilitate further upgrades in the future.
The core construction focused on two major areas: Jade City and Sand Port City.

Near the company headquarters, lines were built and connected to the power plants in Yalong Bay for energy supply. They extended outwards, covering the concentrated work and living areas such as the farmland, Mushroom Forest, and Guangtai Dam.
