The purpose, naturally, is the Dharma Manifestation and Dao Artifact.
As long as one obtains the Dao Artifact of Amitabha, or even drives the Dharma Manifestation, everything will be settled. Whether it's Karma Tathagata or Emperor Jiang, they will ultimately have no choice but to retreat.
