His trusted armored soldier ran over and shook the fainted Horse Guard on the ground awake. "Where are the horses?"
The armored Horse Guard slowly opened his eyes, looked around in a daze. "Weren't the horses tied to the trees? Huh? Where are the horses!"
The armored soldier shuddered, scrambled up from the snow and spun around several times. Only a few scattered horses had found their way back; the other several hundred were nowhere to be seen.
Jiang Zhuang asked in a low voice, "What happened?"
