Penglai, the ancient Immortal Island.
The Martial Arts History records:
During the Dadu Dynasty, this Immortal Island was discovered by the Great Grandmaster Fang Qian, who established the Penglai Sect there as his Daoist sanctuary. Near the end of the dynasty, upon Fang Qian's attaining Dao, the Penglai Sect gradually declined.
Before Fang Qian entered the Dao, he once spoke: "Penglai severs itself."
The words became prophecy; after the founding of the new dynasty, the Grand Ancestor ascended the throne, dispatching a Grandmaster to lead a fleet toward Penglai Island, intent on inviting Penglai's sages to enter the world and serve in office, aiding the newborn reign. The fleet searched for half a year in the location marked as Penglai Island, but in the end, found nothing.
