Finding Majin Buu's egg didn't take much time. It was placed in the middle of a room inside the spaceship that resembled a laboratory.
Majin Buu's egg was resting on a device, which had a hole in the center, seemingly for energy transfer. There was also a dial on the device indicating the amount of energy.
Zuke glanced at it. According to the needle on the dial, the energy Babidi had injected into Majin Buu so far was only about 1%.
It seemed that the energy collection had just started not long ago—but this was good. If there were too much energy, and Majin Buu regained some of his strength, it would be troublesome to deal with.
Now was the weakest period for Majin Buu, and devouring him aligned perfectly with Zuke's intentions.
Moreover, after being consumed by "Black Bird Requiem," only the target's physique and special abilities would be acquired, not their combat power. Therefore, Majin Buu's combat strength was irrelevant to Zuke.
Once he devoured Majin Buu and obtained his physique, Zuke should also be able to gain combat power by absorbing others.
Just like in the original story, where Buu kept eating people, devouring Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks and Ultimate Gohan to gain immense power.

It looked somewhat like a certain rubber fruit user... or rather, what should now be called the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika user.
However, if Zuke didn't intentionally use this strange physique, it wouldn't be exposed, and he could continue living as usual—there probably wasn't anyone in the everyday world who could force him to reveal this ability.

Zuke looked at his finger and walked out of the spaceship. Outside, some of the demon beasts that had gone out of control after Babidi's death were rampaging nearby.
Zuke pointed at one of the demon beasts:
"Turn into candy!"
In the next moment, a black ray shot from Zuke's hand and hit the demon beast.
Unlike being struck by a ki blast, the demon beast wasn't pierced or killed. Instead, it burst into a cloud of smoke.
From the smoke, a small candy ball fell to the ground.
This was the ability Majin Buu used in the original story to transform anyone into anything, as long as he understood the object.
A very useful ability, at least if Zuke didn't know how to cook, he could use this to turn animals into roasted meat, skipping the cooking process entirely.
Zuke picked up the candy ball and examined it—the demon beast's power was clearly not as exaggerated as Vegeto's, so after turning into a candy ball, it lost the ability to move.
It seemed that maintaining mobility in candy form required an enormous amount of energy.
Even powerful beings like Dabura or Fat Buu, after being turned into cookies, didn't show any ability to move on their own—truly, Vegeto was in a league of his own.
Zuke popped the candy ball into his mouth and chewed. It tasted no different from an ordinary candy ball, probably because the candy's form was based on Zuke's own memories.
However, after finishing the candy, Zuke suddenly realized something else.
He had devoured Majin Buu and gained his abilities... but what about the Grand Supreme Kai's divine power?
In *Dragon Ball Super*, the Grand Supreme Kai's divine power was also stored within Majin Buu's body. Later, after reincarnation, this power ended up in the body of a boy named Uub from a remote village.
At the end of the Moro arc, to defeat Moro, the Grand Supreme Kai helped Uub unleash the divine power within him, providing Goku with the final support.
So now, the Grand Supreme Kai's divine power should still be within Majin Buu's body. But after devouring Majin Buu, Zuke didn't seem to have gained this divine power.
Or was it that this divine power, like "ki" or "magic," couldn't be inherited by "Black Bird Requiem"?
Moreover, Zuke remembered that although Majin Buu had absorbed the Grand Supreme Kai, the Grand Supreme Kai could still manifest through Majin Buu's body under certain conditions.
Now that Zuke had devoured Majin Buu... did that mean the Grand Supreme Kai was truly dead?
Although whether the Supreme Kai was alive or dead didn't seem to make much difference—it just meant an extra halo above their head.
