"I thought I was going to meet your mum!" Fiona whined, falling on the chair.
"Her new lover called for her. The way that man is overprotective of her. I don't even know why she chose my father over him, in the first place" I groaned.
"What's his name and what does he do?" Fiona asked.
"Nikolai. I heard he's a Russian. I think he's also a Mafia" I scratched the back of my neck. "It's like I'm cursed with Mafia men"
"Tell me about it. Well, he's just your mother's lover, not your father" Fiona chuckled.
"I kinda wish he was. Because the name Thompson makes me sick." I groaned.
"Have you remembered Romano though?" Fiona looked at me closely.
"Romano Callamore. He took me in and marked me. He put me through hell for the first few months and later decided to engage me, only for me to find out that all these while he kept me because he saw my sister in me or probably to hurt me for my sister's sin" I sighed out loudly when I finished giving her Romano's history
