Leroys eyes narrowed at the Emperor. Both of them locking eyes intensely for many long moments.. Both having an intense glare in their eyes. When suddenly-
Leroy leapt through the air! And landed with intensity before the Emperor. Both of them glaring at each other intensely.
"Just what the hell do you th-" Redbeard began before Leroy interrupted the Worlds Strongest Man!
"So you're my brothers captain huh?!" Leroy tightened his fist as he sized up the man. There was this aura to him. Like the air around him was heavy despite the fact that the pirate was not doing anything but existing as he too sized the Rubber Man
"Not half bad." Leroy smiled. "But! If you're my brothers captain…Than that means your strong. And I gotta say something even if its outta line. But!" He took a deep breath. Filled with adrenaline and confidence!
"I'm the man whose gonna become king of the pirates! Even if it means getting better than you! Or beating you! I'll surpass everyone! Even if its my brother captain!" In Leroy, there was a conviction. He didn't want to surpass them for strengths sake. But because of what the strength meant! He felt that it was because of his weakness he hadn't been able to help his crew on Desmare! And the only way he was gonna achieve King of The Pirates and do what he wanted
He wanted to be the most free. And it was clear that along that way. He wanted to do what he could for himself, his crew and those that needed it.
And that meant getting stronger! Stronger than even the Worlds Strongest Man!
Redbeard focused his eyes. A strange sensation from the man in front of him. Those sort of words were familiar to him, and the Conviction was just the same. And could tell he was utterly decided in his words.
With a deep breath he raised up his Pole Axe, and slammed it into the flat area of the Ships bow! Causing the entire ship to shake and the bay to quake from strength alone! He had hard look on his face as he glared with anger at the young pirate in front of him
But Leroy was not dissuaded. His own gaze was lock onto the man no matter the threat he attempted to make!
It suddenly caused Redbeard to smirk. A wide toothy grin coming over his face. "Rahaha!"
"Well alright then! Then that just means you'll have to keep up! Some of The Strongest people in the world are at this stage. So don't fall behind! And don't get in our way!"
Suddenly! From off a distance away! Shimmer shot through the air! Catching the attention of the two! But the first to react was Leroy! It was gold! A thick blade of gold coming right for Redbeard! But this was his brothers captain
His innate sense of knowing peoples personality could tell that despite Redbeards hard demeanor, he was a good man! Decent man! No other way that even a hot head like Azar would dedicate himself to him!
"No!" Leroy suddenly whipped around and slammed his fist into Hornigolds attack! Shattering it far easier than he ever had on Arabasta.
Gold dust sprinkled through the air! Leroy's hand snapping back into place as his eyes pierced a glare. Hornigold recoiled in response. Teeth grit before huffing and turning away.
"Ugh…Had to try at least…Now get on with it Redsash! Before I run off like Bonney did!" Hornigold crossed his arms and raised a hand. Recalling the gold back into himself.
"Wait what?! Where'd Bonney go!" Leroys eyes shot around. But Bonney was already gone! Where had he gone?!
"Ah fuck it! Look!" He whipped back around to Redbeard. "Whats going on right now. Where can I help. We're getting my brother back!"
"Well…I know for certain you're not going to be ordered around. And I doubt that Azar would be too pleased by me doing so to his brother. So listen well." Redbeard kept that bite to his tongue even with the moment of empathy
"We've already made it past the bay. Past the first line of defenses. But theres still fighting in the backlines." He raised a wrinkled and pointed to the beginning of the Island.
There, Puma Lang, Ban and Dye, Masala and Angler were fighting the Giant Division of Marines! Puma Lang shooting out Embers from his hands before Ban and Dye leapt and took him down!
Masala and Angler did the same! Angler using his Fisher Style to bring down a giant with his Fishing Rod wrapped around him only for Masala to slice the 30 meter tall giants neck with his Massive Butcher Knife!
Lasers shot from the Harbingers, The Swift Models spewing Flames as they invaded the trenches! Biting and rending the flesh of Pirates! The other models fighting with blades and blocking off trenches for the others to finish them off.
Now however. Many Tanks had also been destroyed. But many were still causing Havoc through the back lines and the first layer of the city for those that were deployed in the first layer
"We've already made it to the first City. But we only have an hour and 45 minutes now until Azar is executed. And I can't get involved with out risking the Admirals coming down on us. And if they come down on us before that I'll be forced to move." He finally lowered his hand
"I understand. One more powerful person on the battlefield. Even if I'm not as strong as the rest will help out odds." Leroy said confidently.
"You are strong, boy. Do not undersell yourself on this front. Just try and keep up with the rest…Now go!" He said with a shot.
"Right!" Leroy shouted! Leaning forward and putting his hands on his knees before leaping up and off the fancies bow!
"Okay…Bonney and his Coterie are gone. But it doesn't matter. We can keep going on with out them!" Leroy said as he began walking forward. The rest following after him. Rhicho, Diva and Mar-Syl quickly in toe with Hornigold lagging behind but still within ear shot.
"Whats the plan now Red Sash?" Rhico asked.
"Simple. We need to get Azar! And the best way to do that is either stick with me or split up. Actually, both. We just need to make it to Azar!"
"Then I'm leaving. You all will just hold me back!" Hornigold declared
"Red Sash. I'll handle one of the Marshals! I'll leave too!" Rhico said
"I'll stick with you Sash-Boy." Mar-Syl said "As will I" Diva said as well
"What now?" Rhico asked
"We wreak havoc!" Leroy shouted as they all ran into action!
