Two Days Prior
As Falcon D. Leroy was on the Island of Cyprus
"Attention!" The Captain Screamed, causing all the Marines in formation to stand at Attention. Raising their palm up to their forehead with the inside facing inwards.
"At Ease!" The Captain commanded. The Marines falling a relaxed positon. Hands behind their backs. "In the coming days, we will be all stationed at Marine Headquarters, Ingens Fortezela for the Execution for the Notorious Pirate, Barbossa; The Yonko Redbeard's 2nd in Command 'Eudora D. Azar!"
"The Government has made contracts with the Major Weapons Manufacturing Corporations; Winchester, Polvere, Jukido, Stahl and Fieldcroft have all gained contracts to manufacture, and provide New and Improved firearms for us all to use!"
"No longer will we be using the Flintlock muzzle loading rifles that you are used to as your standard Armaments." Captain Frame lifted up the brown wooden and brass accented and rifled weapon. He then lifted up the second one, it was incredibly similar in pattern to the other "And of course the Rifled Barrel, Pattern 1800 Variant Provided by the Fieldcroft Company. "
"Now to plenty of you, the loss of Polvere Brown Bess and the 1800 Rifle, will be a disappointment. As many of you, this was your first Rifle. Your Fathers used it. Their Fathers used it when it was still a new weapon. But-" Frame sets down the rifle
"As we are a base far in the South Blue, we are a few months behind as the rest of the Marines have already gotten time to use the new weapons." He picks up another rifle. But this time, there was no flint in the cockhammer
ㅤ
"Its now or never. So, allow me to introduce to you your new best friend. The New standard issue rifle. The Winchester M1873 Rifle! This will be the rifle that all current and future Cadets will be trained to use. And as for all of you that have your own Issued weapons, and have the 'Personal Deviation Firearm Approval License' Which allows you to carry your own personal firearm that deviates from the Standard Issue, you too will be training with in the next 2 days with these new weapons to make you familiar with them"
"The Operation of this rifle is simple. You flip open the 'Trapdoor' and slide in the Catridge. Close it, and cock the hammer back" Frame demonstrated this action aimed down range before firing! Quickly he opened the steel door and replacing the spent casing "The reload time is cut down from 20 seconds standard."
He slapped the Trapdoor shut "To an average of just 5." He aimed down range. Cocked the Hammer and fired another round! The sound reverberating!
"To those of Petty Officer and above you will be issued the m1 Rifle Provided by Winchester. To Assault Troops, you will have the opprotunity to carry the M1 Carbine Magazine Fed rifle."
"Both are similar." He picked up the boxy rifles and demonstrated "The M1, also known as Garand, is chambered in 30-06, 8 round clips." He pulled back the steel charging handle, locking it, and inserting the clip. And once it was in all the way, the bolt snapped shut on his thumb!
"Ow! Damn…Careful with the Release. Lt. Maston, please fire these rounds down range" The Lieutenant took the rifle, aimed down range, and squeezed of the 8 shots in only a few seconds! A tell tale metallic ping! Reverberated as the clip was ejected out the top
"The clip will self eject once empty. But don't worry about your enemies hearing it. In battle. They have their own weapons and enemy fire to worry about than hearing that ping."

The Captain explained how the Marines would be issued m1918 Automatic Rifles, the 1919 Submachine Gun produced by Stahl, m1911 Semiautomatic .45 Pistol, The Type 22 Bolt Action by Jukido, and even the m18 SMG by Stahl, and even the mk1 SMG by Fieldcroft
All of these were being shipped due to the sheer amount of money to overwhelm the enemy in the coming days.
The Designation as Reference was Simple. Model Numbers were based on; Year, Number in Production, Patent or Prototype Number, and often, labeled in high numbers as trend with other Firearms producers. And the Letter Number and Model Label were associated with the Following Companies
Stahl; C-Designation, MP-Designation, P-Designation, Gewher, and SG. The Numbers are often low, such as the c96, as the C Pistol of the 46th Patent. Or the MP 40 type, as MP designating it as a Machine Pistol, and 40 as the capacity of the Firearm
Judiko; Type-Designation. As the only Designation, Judiko often uses it and a small number count for their Firearms. They often reproduce other weapons with this designation, such as the m1 rifle by winchester island being known as the type 4 under Judiko.
Polvere; Being one of the Oldest Gun Manufacturer in the world that has in recent decades fallen behind, they use the M-Designation and the Mod-Designation for their Firearms, and followed by 1,000 and up numbers. In fact, they were the first corporation to gain a Contract with the world government almost 450 Years ago and produced the Brown Bess rifles
Fieldcroft: Mk-Designation and No. Mk, or Mark- along with No/Number is the Designation used by the Fieldcroft Smithing Corp,. The numbers they often use are double digit or single digit, such as the No4 Mk1 Bolt Action Rifle that has become popular in the past 50 Years.
ㅤ
And Finally
Winchester: M- Designation, W-Designation and Often Acronyms. One of which is the 'Battle Accuracy Rifle M1918' being the full designation for the M1918 Automatic Battle Rifle. Winchester Munitions Company is currently the largest and most advanced firearm manufactuer in the world. And is said to be decades into the future with their technology. At one point, they had the Stahl Production Group apart of them, until Stahl was kicked out, forcing them to create their own Company in a shadow patent war.
The Runners up in Popularity are: Fieldcroft, and Stahl. With The Cardre Group (F-Des,. And an Assortment of Designations) And The Karash Industry (P-Designation, D-Designation, and often Double, Triple or Quadruple Letter Designation such as the PPSh 41) are currently the most famous of all the manufacturers)
There is as well a common term amongst the Militia, known as Trebovat Guns. This is the term used for any and all weapons acquired or manufactured under the militia regardless of Pattern if they are within the holding of the Militia or State Aligned with the Militia
It should be noted…The Winchester Munitions Company, and Thusly, Winchester Island, Is currently attempted to be utterly controlled by One De Leon Tizona of the Royal Marshal Privateers. Who currently owns 47.5% of their Stock
This stock of which is Distributed, Controlled and Maintained by all major Corporations listed on the 'World Government Financial Board Listing' or WGFBL.
Captain Frame continued to denote the new equipment that the marines would be utilizing within the the coming years and especially within the coming conflict. From new Bandoliers, Cartridge Belts and even the new Slings and Harnesses that drastically changed the way that the standard Blue and White uniforms of the marines looked…
They looked far more war hardened. And battle ready.
ㅤ
Because indeed. It was not just history that would change. But the very industries and Asset-Wealth of the Major Producers and even the daily lives of the entire world…
This was The War of the Best
And The War for The Future
