A week had passed since Barbary had been defeated unbeknownst to most of the citizens many of the leather Warriors that had served under the Marshall had left the island lean to the rest of the grand line and hopes of making it out of the Bleak stretch

there all of the bones in the bodies of his former crew had been placed it onto the ship in a funeral pyre was lit allowing the ship to finally be put to rest along with it the bodies of his crew he knew that it was a fine thing for them to be buried in the bleach church and not be taken out because after all they would never truly be finished here they would be carried with him until he perhaps died again in his undeath
The Blaze was magnificent raising High into the sky licking away at the tattered sales as the tar that had been coated on the bottom of the ship to help it survive within the black strait began to Bubble and slip away.
Eventually after an hour this shit fell to the bottom of the ocean but unlike when the Horizon Palm had been given its funeral and he was smiling as he watched the ships sink and come apart from the fire destroying it
Because it was a symbol now that that chapter of his life was over and he had a new page to be flipped a new book even to be opened
With the help of many of those Within the coastal city of Hard Rock a large gravesite and Memorial was created for Eddie's crew one that would serve as a reminder that this was one of their final resting places the secondary smaller charm was made so that Eddie could wear it around his neck at all times showing that he himself was their true final resting place
The necklace was black deeply black almost as though it was made from ebony the pendant itself however was made from the heat absorbing material that allowed the magma energy converters to work. shaped into a spiky disc it held the logo of the sorrounous pirates Jolly Roger with a memorial symbol behind it in the shape of an X
As for the rest of the crew they had been fine after a week having healed from their injuries some of them still a little bit sore and some still retaining a few scratches and wounds that were still bandaged such as Dezzi
Kirk approached the merry band of Misfits leader Jers. he seem to be in much higher Spirits now than many of them had had time to grieve after the loss of many of their civilians that had not had the chance to truly bask in their freedom
the Navigator spoke " excuse me. do you have any idea what the next Island within this route is?" he said looking to his Log Pose which had in fact, within the time since they made landfall, adjusted to another Island
Hard Rock itself did in fact have a magnetic polarity which attracted log poses. Barbary had used this to his Advantage many times because it meant that most ships would come directly to him and make landfall without ever knowing exactly what was going to happen
Jers looked to kirk and smile " Yes actually I do. It is an Island known as Judice. It is the closest island to the red line within this route and in fact four of the seven routes converge to meet at that Island. the other three convene at an island known as Taper."
"Taper?" Kirk asked. "It's a port town a bit rugged a bit rustic kind of large actually it's probably the 5th or 6th the largest island Within this half of the grand line maybe below the top 10 now that I think about it but it's pretty big bigger than this island."
" the actually specialize in taking people to the new world and resupplying them for the journeys. and they are one of the many shipping companies owned by Suez Advanced Deaprture and Shipping Transport Company."
Kirk asked a question again "Suez….Advanced Departure and Shipping Transport Company?"
"That company is a very shady one but probably the best and most well known transportation organization the world probably has unless you're the Marines or world government. they ship everywhere they will transport people anywhere. it is not unheard of for people to be taken from as far as the very end of the seventh route to be taken all the way up to the most northern port in the North Blue. they're also some of the very few commercial ships that have actually been manufactured to survive the calm belts."
the Suez Trading Company, was both Infamous and famous for many things from being on the shadier side of having both official and unofficial business in the black market transportation of things like weapons but I've never been officially condoned or caught and Famous for exactly as the man had just explained
their ships were practically small cities. some of them could reach well over a kilometer long and be wide enough that it could sit a city block. mind you smaller than barbaries osmium Leviathan. Tina's how that's was still the second largest ship in the entire world… bar the very Island that they were standing on currently.
but it could House people for days weeks and months and sometimes even years one of the longest voyages that I've ever been taken was from the South Pole in the South Blue and Crossing across a canal through the red line and into the West Blue through the Grand line and into the East blue before taking another canal and entering into the North Blue where it ended at a port called Antes End.
You weren't a pirate or a marine on active duty to be shipped out some place or weren't Rich enough to have your own private transportation Suez was probably going to be your best option if you were willing to shill out many thousands of Berry.
