"Holy Shit!" Leroy stumbled and fell to his knees. Hand gripping at rubble beneath him as the island was split nearly in half twice over. "Koru!"
"Almost there! Give me another minute!" He screamed. His hands waving through the air, like a monk would, pushing and pulling the air back and forth. The energy in front of him glowing orange as his hands were rocky and horned with spikes.
"I don't know if I've got another minute!" Leroy shouts back
"Just Try!"
The shaking awoke Alice.
Here eyes fluttered open. And soberness washed over her. Her mind was hazey for a moment as she looked around in confusion. Red Rocks? The Ground was solid. Harsh, and warm. This was not the world that she had seen for so many years.
Glimmer required constant uppers to continue it's effect. She huffed, injected, injected it every 3 hours. Her brain was utterly fried at this point but her brain was finally trying to heal itself like a drunkard's brain no longer experiencing alcohol.
Her eyes were glazed over. Eyes heavy as he rubbed her head.
She felt a throb in her brain that was like a white hot iron in her cerebellum
Her entire body was sore. Not only did Glimmer cause users to not sleep for long periods. But also their muscles were constantly tensed. Burning through their energy.
She patted her stomach and felt the note.
Her eyes widened. Even in the haze of drugs. She knew who Koru was.
The wonderland she was used to. Cold blues and colorful trees and environment, was now deep orange and filled with red.
She coughed as she staggered to her feet. Her knees buckled and nearly gave out. Feeling like jelly. Skin feeling like paper.
Her once black dress. That she saw in her mind to be a long vibrant thing that wasn't actually the disheveled piece of cloth it is now, was covered in ash and dirt from the quake and the remaining volcanic pyroclast.
Hands gripped around her vorpal blade. In her mind it looked like a grand sword that was ornate. But she'd known in truth that it was originally the butchers knife she found it as
Her legs quaked as she began to run.
Her mind was filled with fear as she saw everything around her. Curled and curving rock trees. The ground uneven, her knees meeting the ground and scraping against the sharp rocks as she tries to get back up
Her breath hitched, throat dry. Head nearly exploding in pain but she continued forward!
Hands scrapped at the branches. She was lost. Running around the forest when the town at the shore had only been a few hours away. It caused her journey to be far longer than it should have
The sounds of the army at the thicket. Reverberating around her like echoes in a cave.
Thwack! Her face slammed into a sturdy form! Causing her to stumble backwards. She'd somehow ended up on the eastern coast, near a cliff overhang as a massive figure loomed over her
Her vision almost blacked out when she saw the man above her. He was massive. Wearing a black coat…She didn't recognize him
"H-Help…Help me.." She begged as she stood to her body.
But unbeknownst to her. The man was none other than Benjamin Condent. She couldn't see his hands move as a hand reached up
In her stupor. She never could've known what was about to happen.
Condent Raised his and touched her body.
Suddenly. Her body was gone. Ash falling from where she had just stood in the shape of her body, slowly fluttering to the ground, vorpal blade clattering to the rock.
It was as if she had been cremated in an instant
"Barbary. Your time is up. But it seems that it is well underway and Nearing it's end. If you fail to kill Falcon D. Leroy…I will have to kill him myself"
Condent had arrived
"Titanic Shot!" Leroy shouted as his colossal fist slammed into the second axe that Barbary wielded. Carbon Dioxide left the captains mouth as he fell back to the ground
"Speed Lord!" Barbary picked up a piece of rubble

Barbary slung the rock and manipulated the speed equation to speed the rock up to faster than anything he was physically capable of moving at hundred times the speed of sound and cracking the sound barrier with an explosion of air!
Leroy began to raise his arms but was unable to block as the rock that weighed over 3,000 pounds slammed into his body! Shattering on impact, bursting his skin on his hair line and causing cuts to form against his body
"Grah!" He slammed and skipped across the ground and slowed to a stop. Hand pulled up to stop the quick bleeding. 'He must've used that thing Kette used. That would've certainly did some damage, but not that much sense its blunt force versus my rubbery body…' Leroy deduced through a momentary haze in his eyesight
"I'm going to erase you from this island!" Barbary screamed as he raised his hand and slammed it into the ground!
Leroy quickly jumped into the air! And looked around. Seeing that the crew around him was far away from the fight!
"Divide by…Zero!" His hand began to tumble and quake as suddenly, one after another after another each piece of rubble in an exact triangle in front of him was atomized! Reduced to nothing!
Then beneath those rocks that were reduced to atoms the very ground disappeared! An exact area of 25 meters by 25 meters by 15 meters disappeared into a perfect triangular trench over 30 meters deep!
Leroy was panting like a dog. Sweat evaporating, as his body was in the midst of Second Gear again. Barbary was beginning to sweat. In the near 60 seconds before the earth had been atomized, he'd thrown rocks at extreme speeds, manipulating kinetic energy, and other formulas do deal immense damage to the captain
It left him bloodied. Filled with cuts, bruises, and contusions. He could feel parts of him were broken but he continued to move.
"Red Sash!" Kuro screamed! Catching the attention of Barbary who finally realized that one of his own had been on the battlefront "Kuro! You Traitor!"
"Do it!" Leroy screamed
Barbary began to run! Loud thunderous foot steps crossing the dozen of meters in mere moments!
"Catalytic Corruption!" The sharp energy of Golden Orange shot towards Red Sash as the Captain came zipping towards him to protect him from the reeled back fist that was being thrown lacking a formula but that of rage towards the Traitorous pirate!
A mighty crash resounded around as Leroy and Kuro were sent skidding backward.
A clawed hand tore into the ground to pull Leroy to a stop…
"What…" Barbary grit his teeth as he saw the new form that Leroy took on.
It was…Demonic.
