Marisa Walsh and Selena Horton were stunned.
Both hurriedly called out, "Old Mrs. Horton, Old Mrs. Horton!"
Kiera and Lewis had already rushed over.
Without saying a word, Lewis pushed the two aside and trembled as he reached for Old Mrs. Horton's nose.
He didn't dare to look.
He didn't dare to test.
His fingers even started trembling, and his eyes gradually reddened...
Just as everything seemed to blur before his eyes, a steadying voice entered his ears: "Grandma's fine."
Lewis felt as though his awareness suddenly returned to his body. He turned his head and saw Kiera checking his grandmother's pulse, focused and intent.
Clearly, she had just felt the pulse and reassured him first, fearing he might panic.
Lewis breathed a sigh of relief, his hand finally moving beneath Old Mrs. Horton's nose, sensing her breath. Only then did he relax completely.
Kiera remarked, "Grandma just fainted. It's normal. Her physical condition is very weak right now."
