As if plunged into a second ice age, the extreme cold and raging blizzard forced citizens to evacuate their homes in groups.
"I didn't expect that, after All Might and ALL FOR ONE, there'd be someone else capable of changing an entire city's climate with just their Quirk…" Gran Torino sighed as he looked at the congested highways.
Best Jeanist stood with his hands in the pockets of his jeans, calmly watching the snow-covered night sky where lightning occasionally flashed through the clouds.
"When it comes to climate impact, I think they've surpassed All Might. His power only affected the environment briefly through destruction. These two…"
"Perhaps this is the ultimate form of elemental-type Quirks," Edgeshot muttered. Though his expression remained calm, his heart was filled with unease for Kaminari.
"If… and I mean if… if Kaminari Denki loses, then what can we do about that villain?" Kamui Woods, who stood next to Mt. Lady, suddenly asked.
Mt. Lady hesitated, glancing toward the city center. "Mr. Endeavor might be able to handle it. Low temperatures and snowstorms shouldn't be too difficult for him."
But what left her speechless was that none of the top-ranked Heroes nearby responded with agreement. Endeavor was powerful, but he wasn't a tier above them.
They had long understood the difference between first-rate and top-tier from watching All Might over the years.
In the skies above, amid thunderclouds and blizzards, the battle between lightning and frost had reached its peak.

A golden flash pierced through layers of wind and snow, dodging ice constructs in its path, trailing a blazing golden tail behind it. It landed behind Geten in an instant, swinging a sword down.
Although Kaminari moved with near-teleportation speed and Geten couldn't react in time, he still managed to form an ice fist behind himself.

The two-meter-wide ice fist was cleaved in two, and the dazzling blade of the Ame-no-Murakumo Sword continued to slice toward Geten's slender back.
But the severed ice chunks instantly transformed into sharp blades and stabbed at Kaminari.
Facing this deadly counterattack, Kaminari ignored it entirely. He swung Rikido even harder in a determined strike.
Geten had no choice but to quickly raise an ice wall and retreat forward to put distance between them.
As for Kaminari, though the two ice spears did graze him, they had no effect. His "High Voltage Mode" and the protection of the golden armor rendered the attack useless.
"Thunder!"
Several lightning pillars descended from above. Under his control, they curved in midair and bombarded Geten relentlessly.

The golden glow in Kaminari's pupils deepened. The violent surge of electrons around him instantly cleared the snow within a hundred-meter radius.
"But you shouldn't have provoked me—especially right now, because…"

The high-voltage current on his body surged violently. From the thunderclouds above, an enormous lightning pillar struck down, engulfing Kaminari completely. Yet his voice echoed through the dazzling explosion of light, illuminating the entire sky.

All the electricity converged like liquid gold. Within moments, under Geten's stunned gaze, a colossal golden thunder giant took shape—ten meters tall.
This thunder giant had the face of a sharp-mouthed, monstrous mask, its hair composed of crackling lightning. Three Yasakani Magatama drums floated behind its head.
Its massive thunder wings stretched tens of meters wide, fanning powerfully. In one hand, it held a massive lightning spear, and in the other, a thunder-infused hammer.
From head to toe, the figure radiated intense heat and blinding golden light. It looked like a true god descending upon the world.
In this form, Kaminari Denki fused the Celestial Thunder, the Japanese Magatama Drum, the Spear of Zeus, and the Norse Thunder God's Hammer.
"Stop bluffing!" Geten shouted angrily after recovering from the shock. But in the next instant, he saw the Thunder God's wings twitch slightly...

Kaminari, in his Thunder God form, had already appeared behind Geten. The thunder hammer in his left hand slammed forward.
"Thunder God's Hammer!"
The hammer, formed from high-density plasma, shattered the forming ice wall on impact, tearing through snow and wind alike. It landed squarely on Geten's back.

Geten shot downward like a golden meteor. But the Thunder God showed no mercy.
"Spear of Zeus!"
Before Geten could hit the ground, Kaminari hurled the massive lightning spear with explosive force, swinging his golden arm.
"That is…"
A few hundred meters away, Endeavor had just reached the city center and witnessed the spectacular scene unfold in the night sky.
A golden meteor plummeted diagonally from the sky, followed closely by what looked like concentric rings of golden light.
Above it hovered a terrifying golden giant…
BOOM!!!!
Seconds later, the place where the meteor fell erupted in an explosion far more powerful than a missile.
As the blinding light pierced Endeavor's eyes, a searing shockwave of hot air rushed toward him, despite the flames cloaking his body.
"That… is Kaminari Denki?!" Endeavor narrowed his eyes, staring up at the overwhelming figure in the sky.
