Sasuke wasn't in the habit of sharing details in front of enemies. He immediately turned his gaze to Amado and Koji.
"Are these two the ones claiming to be from the Kara Organization and seeking to join us?"
"Yes."
Kakashi and Shikamaru briefly introduced Amado and Koji's identities.
Sasuke locked eyes with them, his gaze radiating killing intent. Toward Kara Organization members, he was now filled with hatred.
Feeling a pressure even more terrifying than Jigen's, Koji couldn't help but show a change in expression.
In front of this Six Paths Sasuke, he felt he didn't even have a chance to activate Kuchiyose no Jutsu to escape. Though inwardly shocked, Amado maintained his calm demeanor and asked:
"You're Uchiha Sasuke?"
"Why waste words on people like this!" Sasuke snorted coldly.
Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan!
Sasuke immediately activated his genjutsu, preparing to control Amado and extract information directly. He had no patience for interrogations like Shikamaru. With Naruto absent, no one in the village could restrain Sasuke.
However, after activating his Mangekyou, Sasuke realized his usually infallible genjutsu had failed!
"Is that the Mangekyou Sharingan's genjutsu? No need to waste your effort, Sasuke-kun. I've modified my body to be immune to genjutsu." Amado smiled calmly, having anticipated this.
If he weren't cautious, he wouldn't have come to Konoha himself.
"Modified?"
Sasuke was stunned. What kind of biological technology could make someone immune to genjutsu?
Could this person's technology rival Orochimaru and Kabuto's?
"I'll explain that later. Let me ask first—where's Jigen? Wasn't he chasing you?"
"Dead."
"Dead? Not that simple, right? Let me rephrase—how's Otsutsuki Isshiki?"
"After I defeated him, he fled. His fate is unknown."
"What? How could you defeat Isshiki? That man is a true Otsutsuki…"

"If you don't cooperate, you die!" Sasuke, resolute and cold-blooded, lacked Naruto's compassion.
He'd defeated Isshiki—why waste time with Amado?
If the other party refused to share information, there was no point in keeping him alive. Killing him would allow Sasuke to find other ways to destroy Kara entirely. Though it might be more troublesome, it would avoid being deceived by this untrustworthy enemy.

Kakashi and the others were shocked, rushing to stop Sasuke. After all, a traitor with insider enemy knowledge was valuable.
Unfortunately, when Sasuke became stubborn, only Naruto could persuade him gently—others couldn't.

Previously, Konoha was nearly blind to Kara, with limited vague intel only recently obtained from Kawaki. Information about Jigen, Isshiki, and Kama was pieced together bit by bit from battles by Sasuke and Naruto.
It wasn't nearly as complete as what Amado, Kara's chief scientist, knew. Had they known this earlier, Naruto, Sasuke, and Konoha, though unable to defeat Jigen, could have devised more strategies, avoiding being so overwhelmed at their first encounter with Jigen…
"So that's it. The so-called Kara Organization was founded by Otsutsuki Isshiki, controlling Jigen, to plant a Divine Tree?" Sasuke muttered after learning the information.
Though he couldn't yet verify if all of Amado's information was true, it broadly aligned with Isshiki's goals as he'd deduced, confirming some of Amado's sincerity.
Regardless of this Kara traitor's true intentions, as long as he provided beneficial information, Sasuke was happy to accept it.
"Correct. Isshiki's goal from start to finish was to obtain a Chakra Fruit, and he'd stop at nothing to achieve it. As I mentioned, Kawaki is his chosen resurrection vessel. As for his interest in Uzumaki Boruto, it's likely to wait for Momoshiki's Kama in Boruto's body to dissolve, then use him as a sacrifice for the Divine Tree. Once Kama fully dissolves, Boruto will gradually be overtaken by Otsutsuki Momoshiki, becoming a high-quality Divine Tree sacrifice."
