Dark Magician:
"So now that you've gotten comfortable here, what's the plan?"
As I was about to reply, I overheard a conversation between a group of students nearby.
Sylvio's Lackey 1:
"Man, I wouldn't want to be that You Show student when Sylvio gets his hands on him."
Sylvio's Lackey 2:
"Yeah, he seems more fired up than usual… We'll be toast if we're late meeting him!"
Andrew (thinking):
"That doesn't sound good…"
I quietly follow after them.
POV ???
"What's she doing there?"
As he was about to step in, he noticed someone sprinting in the distance.
POV Yuzu
Sylvio:
"So, you came all the way here. I'm going to defeat you—then that Yuya will have no choice but to face me!"
Yuzu:
"You're on!"
As I was about to activate my Duel Disk—
SLAM!
The doors burst open.
Andrew (stepping in):
"You know, I hate guys like you… so arrogant."
Yuzu (shocked):
"Andrew?! What are you doing here?"
Andrew:
"I ran into Sylvio's lackeys—and Ali told me you were in trouble. So I came as fast as I could."
Sylvio (smirking):
"Ahh… you're the one who saved her from that bridge, aren't you? Very well, I'll duel you instead!"
Andrew:
"Fine by me."
He places his deck into his Duel Disk.
Andrew:
"It's time to duel!"

Sylvio: 4000
Andrew: 4000
Andrew's Turn
Andrew:
"I'll go first!"
"I summon Magian's Road in Attack Position! This lets me add a Spell or Trap that mentions 'Magian' from my deck to my hand—I choose Magician Navigation."
"Next, I discard Berry Magian Girl to Special Summon Apprentice Illusion Magian!"
"When she's summoned, her effect activates—adding Dark Magician to my hand!"
"Now I play the Continuous Spell Dark Magical Circle!"
"I end my turn."
Sylvio (mocking):
"That's it? That's all you've got? How disappointing."
Sylvio:
"My turn! I summon Isher the Frost Vessel!"
Andrew (interrupting):
Andrew:
"I activate my Trap—Magician Navigation!"
"If I have Dark Magician in my hand, I can Special Summon him—and another Spellcaster!"
"Come forth—my ever-faithful companion: Dark Magician!"
"And what's a magician without his apprentice? Come forth, Dark Magician Girl!"
Sylvio:
"So what? You summoned a bunch of monsters. Congratulations. Are you done?"
Andrew:
"Not quite. When Dark Magician is summoned, Dark Magical Circle activates!"
"I banish Isher the Frost Vessel!"
Sylvio (frustrated):
"You ruined my whole play! Fine—I set four cards face-down."
(Thinking: Let's see if he dares to attack. He'll walk right into my trap.)
Andrew's Turn
Andrew:
"I draw!"
"I activate the Spell Dark Magic Attack! Since Dark Magician is on the field, I can destroy all Spell and Trap Cards you control!"
Yuzu (in awe):
"So cool…"
Sylvio (panicking):
"What?!"
Andrew:
"You're finished. Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl—attack together!"
Andrew (dramatic pose):
"DARK BURNING MAGIC ATTACK!!"
[Explosion sound – KRA-BOOOOM!]
Sylvio's LP: 4000 → 0
Result: Sylvio LOSES
Sylvio (staggering):
"No… how can this be?! You made a mockery out of me!"
POV ???
A figure with dark hair, purple highlights, and a mask watches from the shadows.
??? (smirking):
"That was… interesting to watch."

Author's Note (A/N):
What do you guys think? Should I follow the classic trope and have the MC duel Yuto in an alternate version of the scene? Or should I leave it as canon, with Andrew simply watching Yuto's duel—since Sylvio was already desperate for a rematch?
