In a flash, Qing Ming emerged from the water, his hand gripping the ANBU's neck as he activated the Chakra Absorption Technique. In seconds, he drained the ANBU's chakra dry.
With a slight twist of his wrist, he snapped his opponent's neck with a sharp "crack."
