All eyes are glued on Alex as he slowly opens his four remaining chests.
He reaches for the first, carefully unlocking the [Bloody Chest R2].

Type: Robe (Cloth)
Durability: 35/35
Effect:Increases PHY and STR by 1 (Flat boost, not increased by other skills)
Effect: Increases INT and MNA by 2 (Flat boost, not increased by other skills)
Note: It may look like a worn, worthless, disgusting rag, worn by savages, but at least it carries enchantments... along with a certain smell.
"That one was dropped by the druid," Alex explains. "Not too shabby, I guess. Let's open the one from the chick with the whip next, the one that abused her Pikachu."
You received Soulstone (Small)
You received Pokéball (Permanent)
[Pokéball (Permanent)]
World: Pokémon
Quality:Purple
Type: Pokeball
Effect:Allows the user to catch any type of free Pokémon, with a medium chance to catch it, depending on its current condition.
Effect: This Pokéball is only able to catch Pokémon of Deep Green Quality or below and can only be used once, even if the attempt to catch the target fails.
Effect: There can only be one Pet-class helper, even if you find another pet that does not require the corresponding skill to tame.
Note: For only 200 Pokedollars, even you can own and raise a Pokémon—and best of all, take it with you wherever your travels may lead.
Alex, now practically drooling, stares at the glowing purple [Pokéball (Permanent)] with undisguised greed.
"Incredible!"
Princess Jewel cannot be caught by the Peasant Ball—however, Soulmate could catch a servant for her. Princess Jewel heard Soulmate likes mudkips.
"... giving you your own phone was perhaps the biggest mistake I've ever made," Alex mutters, the thrill of the discovery already waning under the weight of Jewel's ancient meme.
Princess Jewel suggests an Araquanid, Spinarak, Speedos, Galvantula, Tarountula, Dewpider, Ariados, or Joltik.
"Do you have a photographic memory, or did you seriously memorize every single spider Pokémon by heart? I only knew the first generation... maybe a few from second, third, and fourth—but that was ages ago."
Princess Jewel's memory is flawless. Much like herself.
"Just continue..." Benezia says, visibly annoyed.
"Okay, this next one came from the martial artist—the one who used crane style," Alex says, refocusing on his chest-opening.

You received Skillbook: Crane-School Style Incomplete
[Skillbook: Crane-School Style Incomplete]
Quality: Deep Blue
Effect: Teaches the skill "Crane-School Style" and unlocks the "Ki" resource.
Note: This martial arts skill has extreme potential and allows the user not only to learn martial techniques, but also to control Ki and utilize both internal and external techniques that draw from it. With each level, new effects and abilities are unlocked.
Note: This version is incomplete and offers only a limited number of techniques and effects—both of which are less efficient than those of the standard skill.
"I'm on a roll today!" Alex cheers.
"Not particularly," Benezia comments. "Our enemies were all skilled and experienced players. It's not unreasonable to expect at least one or two expensive drops from that kind of target. From what I could tell, they were completely outfitted with Blue and Purple gear and carried various support items. In addition to that, they were using high-level skills. This much isn't disappointing... but it's also not especially fortunate."
Another person trying to spoil my fun... I'm more than happy with what I've gotten so far!
"Last one," Alex says. "This is from that damn sniper...."

Effect: Death-Sentence - 1% chance to crit for 4 times damage (regardless of location hit).
Note: Modded to perfection.
Note: Highly reliable against humans and zombies... and anything else that moves.
"Now tell me this is just normal too!" Alex yells excitedly.
"It's lucky, but still not too absurd," Benezia replies. "Still, I'd guess that chest rolled close to the maximum 20% to drop something like this. Congratulations are in order." Her expression softens into a rare, gentle smile.
"Thank you!" Alex grins, matching her smile without hesitation, as they smile at each other, causing Jewel to angrily press her legs against Alex's head.
Stop being silly, Jewel.
"My turn, I guess..." Tereza finally says, looking a little nervous. "I just hope I have the same kind of luck. The enemies we fought certainly weren't much weaker."
Tereza, clearly drawn in by Alex's ridiculous luck, quickly opens her four chests one after another.
To her complete disappointment, she only receives FC, a few generic Healing items, and some Green-Quality equipment. But on the final chest, her luck turns—she not only gains an extra small Soul Crystal, but also a Deep Purple Saber:
[Thrice Reckless Mad Saber's First Saber]
World: Cultivation Chat Group
Quality:Deep Purple
Type: Chinese Saber
Required Stats: STR 14, AGI 8, PHY 8, SNS 8
Required Skills: Chinese Saber Proficiency lvl 4
Durability:85/85
Damage: 45-65
Effect:Decreases LUK by 5 (Can't decrease below 0)
Effect: Taunt - Doubles the chance of being targeted by enemies
Effect: Invincible Death-Seeker - The user gains a 20% increased chance to dodge, parry, and block attacks, as well as a 20% chance to ignore any damage (This effect only works if the user has 0 LUK).
Note: Only by seeking Death can you find true enlightenment—should you survive.
"I am so fucking mad!" Tereza curses angrily. "Even the saber, despite its quality, looks like a damn foolish item to me. It has two clearly negative effects! Cultivation Chat Group? What kind of garbage story is that?"
"Benezia!" she shouts, turning toward the astonished Asari Matriarch. "Are you sure LUK doesn't affect these chests?! Every single player we fought was incredibly strong! Aside from the last chest, which was acceptable, the others were a joke. I could pull my damn hair out. This is so unfair, I can't believe it."
"Don't," Alex says. "Look, it's not that bad... That saber looks extremely promising. I kind of have to smile just reading the effects. Maybe because of its reputation, players might be drawn to it. Also, these effects are not negative in the hands of the right player. 1 LUK or 0 LUK doesn't make much difference, and the Taunt is a beneficial effect if used in group settings. It could work really well for a tanky player. The last effect is incredible—in fact, the effect sounds borderline broken. If you rank it up, you could reduce incoming damage by such a ridiculous amount that I can hardly believe it. Honestly, this thing might be worth a fortune."
"I have to agree," Benezia replies with a faint grin, her cheeks slightly flushed. "Alex, I can't help but be surprised... your analysis is commendable. I'm starting to feel a little confused, because despite our... differences in personality, I find myself agreeing with you nearly every time we evaluate these items."
Princess Jewel always agrees with Soulmate. She suggests the Asari Peasant should refrain from indulging in her own delusions and keep her peasant opinions to herself.
"I wish that was the case..." Alex mutters, shaking his head.
For both...
"In any case, Jewel... what did we talk about? Stop fucking around."
Princess Jewel is sorry....
Don't be selfish; we are a team. You always misunderstand things.
...
Meanwhile, Benezia subtly uses her biotics to tug on one of Jewel's bandaged legs, pulling it forward.
Soulmate, help Princess Jewel! This is abuse! Pet abuse... no, it's worse. It's spider abuse!
"This saber looks perfect for this death-seeking spider," Benezia says. "Honestly, I'm surprised... the more time I spend in these worlds and in the Realm, the younger I feel. I didn't expect that this foolish little one would get under my skin so much. I am regaining some of my emotions that I thought I had discarded centuries ago. I wonder if that's a problem."
"I think it's normal to get angry," Tereza says, her voice softer now. "Letting stress out is healthier than letting it build up and eat you from the inside."
"I agree," Alex adds. "But seriously... let go of her leg. We don't need more downtime."
"Indeed," Benezia admits, finally letting go of the leg.
Jewel quickly climbs onto Alex's back, hiding behind him. A few of her many eyes peek out from around his shoulder, glaring at Benezia with righteous indignation.
The group passes the time holed up in their hotel, recovering in relative peace.
To avoid unnecessary risks, they decide to stay inside. With everyone except Tereza still heavily injured, another ambush—whether by players, pirates, bounty hunters, or even soldiers from the Kingdom of Arabasta—would be far too dangerous.
Eventually, Alex's Den Den Mushi reacts. He instantly snatches up the call before the little snail can even make a sound, causing it to glare at him in irritation.
"This is Miss All Sunday speaking," A voice echoes through the room, the group listening curiously.
