In the darkness, Alpha opened her eyes... and suddenly she remembered that she was eaten by the monster... again which spoiled her all mood and she felt of vomiting in the dark void.
But suddenly Alpha woke up with a shock and fear from her bed. She was panting and panicking, her heartbeat was running and she started breathing deeply.
"...It was a nightmare... again?"
But Alpha was sure...it wasn't a nightmare, she picked up her phone and looked at the time and it was December 22nd, 2008... again.
And it wasn't Alpha's first time seeing the same nightmare...it was the second time. The first time she was eaten by the monster, and she woke up again on the same bed, on the same date, at that point she considered it as a nightmare but again, in the second time, she was eaten again and this was her second time experiencing the same thing.
Alpha was afraid, she... didn't want to die. She lied back on her bed, covered herself completely with the blanket and decided.
"I am not going to school today... let's pray it was just the same nightmare again. If it didn't start today, then I will accept it was just a nightmare...I wish it's just a nightmare."
But suddenly the door of Alpha's room got knocked, Alpha became scared all of a sudden--
"Alpha! Are you still sleeping? Do you want to go to school or not?"
The voice looked familiar, Alpha was relieved, it was her mother's voice. She took off the blanket from her face, remain on the bed and replied, "I am not going today, I will be late for breakfast as well. So you can take rest today and make breakfast late mama."
"Huh? Why you don't want to go to school today? Are you sick?"
Alpha gave a sigh, but at the end she smiled, her mother cares about her a lot. She replied smoothly, "I am fine...but I don't want to go to school today, I will take rest for today. That's all."
Alpha's mother smiled, and she started walking away with a smile and replied, "Fine then."
The story continues of Alpha, who had lost Zero many lives ago and she can't remember him either. She could only remember of this life, where she goes to school, enjoy with friends, and has no one in relationship. She looks pretty as always she does, but no one has a crush on her because boys are focused on toy cars only for now, their first and last love. Alpha enjoys her life with her friends who care about her, but since last few days, she is seeing a nightmare same...she herself doesn't knows whether it is a nightmare or reality...but she wishes it just to be a nightmare and stop coming to her head every night.
"I think... it's all just a nightmare, nothing to worry I guess." And Alpha closed her eyes and slept.
In the classroom, all the students were talking and laughing with their friends and enjoying the beginning of the day.
But in all the even, there was just one odd, a guy looking outside the window asking from himself everyday with a low voice.
"...Who am I?--"
"You are Zero!" But suddenly a student answered his question, making joke on him and everyone laughed on him.
The guy was wearing a mask, hiding his mouth and in a low voice he mumbled, looking at everyone.
"Humans...are so pathetic. They can't understand my feelings, my question, my reason, my life and could just make fun so that they could laugh and have fun for a moment. I am really tired of this...I really don't know who I am, and what I need to do to continue living, I don't know to whom I have to save. I want a real answer..."
Zero took his head down on the desk, and looked outside the window again and realized...that he is just himself pathetic. He thought what the words he takes out is rubbish, he confuses himself, and always blame himself.
But Zero kept everything aside and said, "But...I really need to find, to whom I have to save? The last time I saved a rich girl, but still failed and at first I didn't save anyone...and failed again."
Zero raised his head and said in his mind, "Last time you gave me a clue, save the rich girl, give me an appropriate clue sis."
Suddenly a Screen came in front of his eyes screaming!
<"That was a girl having a rich heart and soul!!!!">
Zero was confused..."Isn't every heart and soul normal as of humans? You meant by rich girl then--"
<"I am not going to answer now!!!! You firstly saved the girl who was rich, but she could save herself, you just need to kill a normal frog from which she was afraid of!!!!">
Zero remembers it...he was still confused, the Screen disappeared. And Zero kept his head down, and he started sleeping and mumbled, "Well, whatever. But if this time I fail, I will kill myself. It's really becoming boring now."
The God from the sky gave a sigh, and she blamed to herself.
"...Was it the right choice to take his memories for that?"
Alpha woke up at twelve, she finally woke up and opened the door of her room. But she was still scared, afraid of the nightmare to become true again.
"But...I don't know when I died in the dream, but I think...it has already passed, and everything looks normal."
Alpha started walking slowly on the wooden floor, everywhere was darkness which was making her afraid but the silence was giving her relief that nothing is happening right now.
Alpha suddenly saw a light coming from the kitchen, she was confused... because her parents would have gone already. She was afraid, but she still peeked a little bit, and... she was surprised.
Alpha opened the door and her parents were eating at twelve?
"Why are you all here late, eating late today?" Alpha asked and took her seat and her parents looked at her with a smile and answered, "We are out of break today, government gave a leave for bad weather, it's cloudy already and expected for a heavy rain."
Alpha didn't think much and she started having her breakfast with no tension anymore. She was confirmed, it all was just a nightmare.
