Chapter 734 - Chapter 732: Creation

Seimei raised his hand and quickly formed seals based on the experience in his mind. He then cast "All-Encompassing Seal" on a nearby tree.

Dark markings appeared in large numbers, forming a sealing formation on the trunk. However, due to the tree's low chakra conductivity, the seal quickly disappeared.

But that didn't matter—his proficiency had already increased.

Without pausing, Seimei immediately formed seals again and cast the technique once more.

Like this, he repeated the process over and over. Soon, he successfully performed "All-Encompassing Seal" ten times on several nearby trees.

Opening his status panel, he saw that his proficiency had increased by ten points.

He then checked his chakra consumption.

Whether it was because this technique was developed by him, making it easier to practice, because he had a solid foundation in sealing techniques, or because his Chakra Control had advanced to Level 7, the result was the same.

Practicing this technique ten times had consumed only about 800 chakra points in total.

In other words, it cost him an average of 80 chakra points to gain one proficiency point.

That was incredible, considering this technique had the potential to reach S-rank—yet the chakra consumption was so low.

Seimei figured it must have been a combination of the three factors. Otherwise, it simply wouldn't make sense.

Regardless, this was undoubtedly good news for him.

By this calculation, investing 310,000 chakra points per day would grant him 3,875 proficiency points.

Currently, "All-Encompassing Seal" was at Level 1 (11/200), and reaching Level 7 required over 18,600 proficiency points.

Doing the math, it would take him just over four days—less than five—to reach Level 7.

That wasn't a long time at all.

With a plan in mind, Seimei wasted no time. He raised his hand and once again performed "Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu".

However, this time, instead of creating hundreds of clones at once, he only summoned about twenty.

He then assigned each of them different tasks to practice various skills.

Not only that, but he himself sat down cross-legged and activated "Palm Sage Jutsu" and "Reflecting Mind Jutsu", strengthening his body while enhancing his Sharingan's evolution.

Even though he had originally planned to dedicate the entire day to developing "All-Encompassing Seal", since he had finished early, he didn't want to waste the remaining time.

So, he resumed his usual training regimen, replacing "Eight Trigrams Seal" with his newly developed "All-Encompassing Seal".

Time passed, second by second.

Soon, the sun set, and night fell.

Seimei still didn't stop, continuing his intense training late into the night before finally taking a break.

After washing up quickly, he didn't return to the village. Instead, he stayed on the island and rested in a simple wooden cabin at its center.

At dawn, just like any other day, Seimei swiftly freshened up and ate a few ration pills to fill his stomach. Then, he immediately resumed training.

From morning until night, the days passed by one after another.

---

In the blink of an eye, it had been over four days since he developed "All-Encompassing Seal".

That morning, after recalling his shadow clones and absorbing their accumulated training experience, his "All-Encompassing Seal" finally advanced to Level 7.

Just like with his other techniques, reaching Level 7 caused a qualitative transformation.

Closing his eyes, Seimei carefully comprehended the sudden insights that emerged in his mind. His understanding of "All-Encompassing Seal" deepened significantly without him even realizing it.

After a long while, he opened his eyes.

A flicker of joy flashed across them, and he let out a subtle sigh of relief.

Although he had previously estimated that reaching Level 7 would allow him to create a vessel capable of sealing the Seven-Tails, he had only now confirmed that his assumptions were correct.

Beyond Level 7, each additional level would require tens of thousands of proficiency points.

Even at his rate of gaining 3,875 proficiency points per day, leveling up further would take a considerable amount of time.

And time was something Seimei could not afford to waste!

If his calculations had been wrong, it would have been a serious problem.

Fortunately, everything went smoothly—nothing had gone wrong.

Level 7 was indeed enough!

With that thought in mind, Seimei stood up and quickly made his way to the wooden cabin where he usually rested.

After rummaging through his belongings, he retrieved:

1. A fist-sized, silver-white metal sphere

2. A massive scroll, about half a meter wide and more than 20 centimeters in diameter

3. A special brush and ink set from the corner of the room

With everything gathered, he returned to his training ground.

---

Near the large boulder where he usually trained, there was a 20-meter-wide area that he had long since cleared and flattened—a space that now resembled a small plaza.

Seimei unrolled the massive scroll on the ground.

It was completely blank—clearly an unused, empty sealing scroll.

He spread it out as far as possible, nearly dividing the small plaza in half.

Then, standing at one end of the scroll, he opened the ink set, picked up the brush, dipped it into the ink, and began writing.

---

Sealing techniques could be applied in two different ways:

1. Direct Sealing (Hand Seals + Chakra Activation)

 - This method was similar to performing ninjutsu, where the user channels chakra, forms hand seals, and directly activates the seal.

 - It was fast and useful in combat but required the user to have mastery of the sealing technique.

2. Pre-Inscribed Seals (Scrolls & Chakra-Conductive Mediums)

 - This method involved writing the sealing technique onto a scroll or another chakra-conductive object using special ink.

 - Once completed, the seal could be activated anytime, anywhere, even by someone who didn't fully understand the technique—as long as they knew how to trigger it.

 - Because it was carefully crafted, this method usually produced a stronger seal than the direct method.

Given the sheer power of the Tailed Beasts, Seimei decisively chose the second method.

Now, he was carefully inscribing "All-Encompassing Seal" onto the giant scroll.

---

Time passed as Seimei meticulously penned one intricate sealing pattern after another onto the blank scroll.

Occasionally, he added special characters or illustrations to refine the technique's structure.

Before long, the entire scroll was densely covered in complex black markings.

Even though he had drawn it himself, Seimei couldn't help but feel slightly dizzy just from looking at it.

"Tsk tsk~"

Shaking his head, he decided not to dwell on it.

Swiftly, he rolled up the scroll and then picked up the silver-white metal sphere.

With a single thought, he activated "Flying Thunder God Jutsu".

In an instant, his figure vanished into thin air.
