At the battlefield…
The Angel cursed, his face twisted with rage, while Void simply grinned. Slowly, more and more onlookers gathered. For Void, he realized these were the planet's residents. Compared to the rest of this world's inhabitants, their auras were immense but to him and the Angel, they were no more than dust.
Insignificant.
So neither of the titans paid them any attention.
"Barbaric? You're damn right," Void said, his voice steady and unflinching. "Demons are barbaric creatures but we're not hypocrites. We don't hide behind righteousness. We deceive. We lure souls with our contracts. We don't take planets to rule we erase them. We are not conquerors… we are destroyers. But at least, we embrace our chaos."
His four crimson eyes glared into the angel's.
"But what about you angels? What are you really?" he asked, venom in his tone.
The Angel hesitated.
He couldn't answer.
