He didn't believe that power could only be used for battle, but he had to admit that those with power often used it for fighting, an undeniable fact.
He himself had always been in pursuit of greater power, chasing more free and exciting adventures, which indeed made him somewhat of a battle maniac.
However, Reiger was very much aware that there was a fundamental difference between him and Yanifet.
At the very least, he was not a power supremacist, he didn't regard power as everything.
He needed power, that's why he sought it.
He longed for freedom, that's why he wanted to become strong.
Yanifet, on the other hand, saw great power as everything, stubbornly believing that only the victor could savor all the wonders of the world.
