While waiting for feedback from VA, Julia contacted the technical department to retrieve street surveillance near the Eagle Bar, while she returned to investigate Joseph's previous surveillance footage. Now that they knew the contact's appearance, they wanted to see if this Will had appeared in earlier surveillance videos.
