Jimmy changed the magazine; now there's no element of surprise from the ambush, it was time to compete in marksmanship.
The three people on the dock were caught off guard by the ambush and were now hiding behind crates, just starting to pull out their guns to counterattack. However, they were firing blindly, and their bullets were far from where Jimmy was, way off the mark.
Jimmy focused on the people behind the crates, waiting for their gunfire to cease. When they poked out to observe, he fired again, taking one out, leaving the other two to probably change magazines. After a few shots, they immediately stood up to jump onto a boat.
Jimmy didn't give them the chance to escape. Once they stood up, they became bigger targets. Jimmy quickly fired, hitting one as he was jumping onto the boat, causing him to fall down, while the other fell directly into the sea, fate unknown.
