Lee's arrival was met with a burst of laughter, but it died a few moments later. Newcomers having a funny reaction upon arrival was nothing new. And, when he tried to get up, Lee realized why.
It felt as the weight of the whole world was pressing on top of him. He found it hard to breathe, even though the air felt fresh and rich.
'This will be interesting.' Lee thought, 'The gravity of this scale can only mean this world is vastly bigger than any I have previously been to!'
Now it was clear why the two guys who saved him were so strong and fast. Their physical abilities were innately more advanced compared to the people who came from smaller worlds.
In the wide field next to the rift gate several hundred people sat in the grass, almost all being the former slaves. There were few batches of kids, though, probably from Sunwell, and their former princess with her three remaining followers sat not far from the rest.
