Just one month before the class start we were given boarding facilities. The selected students were given a talent test. Basically the old students or children who didn't enroll the previous years were given a cultivation check and if it were above bronze rank they will be selected to spiritualists class.
The new students however has to undergo a small written test to confirm students mental growth followed by physical test involving punching,lifting weights and endurance tests where I got 90 points and proceeded with soul realm testing which got me 70 points.
Some how among the list of names me and Nie Li were in same class.There were 2 other fighter apprentice classes other than this.
Speaking of these people, I have met Nie Li during family meets every 2 year or so. He is a cool guy with no hotheadness, humble dude. Even though I was mature and had a small following of people around me in my family, but outside of it I didn't have much of an appearance as I was mostly in learning or training so I am much of an aloof character among them.
I had once visited them during glory city family assembly with all families meeting up. I was only 5 back then. I got to see young xiao Ning'er, Shen yue and Lu piao but no ye ziun but I met her adopted brother ye han. He is showing quite the confidence but deep down seeks validation from others.That's all I could observe from that day.What else could a 5 year old could do in such situations?.

I did my usual by inputting whichever books where my hands could reach while moving but at intervals to avoid any suspicion from fellow readers or librarian herself. It was about 2000 books. This went on for a week and a half till I was able to enter everything inside LoHP with balancing mental exhaustion and doing without suspicion.
The books which are still restricted for higher cultivation bases exists, so I didn't do the same stunt which I did back then at inscriptionists guild, but I moved with 10m radius of them and used creation energy to just download everthing to LoHP. Each time at the end of the day I will select a random book and read it silently and tried pointing out flaws by myself and compare it with LoHP. I could do 90% of the time. There are many cultivation techniques inside and discusses about demigod realm to laws and spiritual gods. My technique became flawless till demigods and also about the laws of the minor worlds were also there.
Minor world laws, Mortal transcendence scripture, Alchemy scriptures, Martial Arts, Cultural Arts and weapon usage also became more inclusive of laws of the world and I could start to decipher them if I need.
My body is very strong to learn about them but not to mobilize them as it may cause conflicts as not everyone is a reincarnated knowledgeable guy.
And I did exactly that. As days passed by in the last month before class starts, I would study the flawless compiled books during my rest, inside my mind and while day time I went with some of the children from my family and some other children affiliated with hong yue noble family for sightseeing around the market place and academy.
Few more faces of children are in fighters class due to my interference may be Nie Li recognise this difference.Speaking about them, 3 of them got selected for better physical results other two is for yellow soul realm. Only one of them is in my class.
My parents both of them are in late stage gold rank and elders are in late silver or beginning gold rank due to me optimising their cultivation techniques.Many of them already exhausted their potential but if my parents were to cross into black gold rank, my family will rise to noble family ranks.
There has been some copying of business ideas from our familiy like advertisement posters and banners, imitating pizzas and other food items, farming tools I introduced, but as the first commer we still hold many advantages.Some relavant people's also know me. I met director yang xin. From my knowledge about her, she had a humble origin, but despite that she did some odd jobs to gain enough funds for studying alchemy joined as apprentice and went into become what she is today. Someone you should give respect for.
I had an impulse to take primary apprentice exam. I could in theory take the Alchemy grandmaster exam if need and but I don't need to steal Nie Li's thunder. The Alchemist association is declining and it only consists of 6 old men as elders consisting of master Alchemists.
With the thought in mind I went to the counter to ask for an exam and receptionist gave me the instructions on the requirements to start the exam which a consisting of knowledgable about 10 sets of alchemic books and 50 demon spirit coins.
Since this is an apprentice exam, It could be arranged at any time and unlike the masters exam which consist of only the selected master alchemists coming, and preparing the difficult questionaire, his apprentice exam can be easily arranged.
The exam was arranged within half an hour and I went forward to the room as per instructions given and proceed to sit down, only then I noticed that the monitor of the exam is none other than director yang xin.
Seeing my 'what's going on?' look, she explain that the person who is supposed to monitor exam has taken leave and she was free so with nothing other to do she came to monitor the students exam.
No that may not be the situation may be she was free indeed but she may also be interested why a beginner student like himself who is not even a bronze rank and only this young came to take the exam without even going to look for Alchemy medical books.
Anyway the exam started and I answered with a breeze but to know, one of the question was infact out of the range of beginners questionnaire so I intentionally left it unanswered. The answers were validated on spot and result shown that I have indeed passed the exam so I could be considered a primary apprentice Alchemist.
She said she checked my background and that since I am admitted to holy orchid institutes fighter apprentice class I could take the class there during morning and come here in the afternoon to study with the masters here.
I went back with my purchased pills and distributed to Chen Linjian and his people.
I visited the Alchemist guild from next day onwards until the rest of the month. I worked as the spirit plant fetching boy and occasionally was able to enter the Master's section of the library by following them or to fetch for a book in the middle of their refinement if ever the need arises. I took full use of this times using my creation power to extract copy of information from these books to LoHP as a hobby. Seeing that I was adjusting quite well with everyone without any mistakes and quickly learning from their experiences, they promoted me to primary intermediate apprentice. Yang xin took me as assistant along with her pill tester sometimes to do alchemy. I think it's only due to my looks I think. Oh you forgot? Only two things can make a man interesting for others. Looks and talent. I got both.
I also broken through silver rank 2 by passive cultivation. And my concealment techniques also got improved very much so no one ever detected anything. Anyway classes will start tommorow. I can't wait to see the confrontation of Shen xiu and Nie Li. Should I interfere, stand back with Nie Li, nah not worth it. It will be difficult to always pretend infront of that old pervert.
