If more blood meant more Pigment, the goddess's point would make sense. Giving Elio more of God of Desires blood would mean increasing his Pigment. However, she had been giving him droplets every now and then. Why didn't the Almighty Interpreter credit him with more Pigment Brightness then?
"Beauty Goddess, I don't think so. If yes, I would have received a whisper from the Almighty Interpreter every time you gave me a droplet."
