Is this… a dream?
Naruto looked at the deep blue planet in front of him, feeling totally confused.
He was wearing pajamas, standing on the ground, and just by looking up, he could see the giant blue planet.
If this wasn't a dream, Naruto would eat his pajamas!
"It's beautiful, isn't it? That planet."
Just as Naruto was wondering what pajamas might taste like, an old voice spoke from behind him.
Without thinking, Naruto turned around, stepping back cautiously.
Then an old man appeared before him. Naruto's eyes went wide with shock. "Old Man Sage of Six Paths?"
It was an old man dressed just like the Sage of Six Paths—Hagoromo. His long light-blue hair hung down, nine truth-seeking orbs floated behind him, and he held a staff made from them in his hand.

"No, that's not right…" Naruto shook his head. Even though he looked a lot like the Sage of Six Paths, that was only at first glance. Looking more closely, Naruto could tell this old man wasn't him—he just looked very similar.
The tomoe on Hagoromo were different, his eyes weren't the Rinnegan but the Byakugan, and even the staff he was holding wasn't the same. Only his face looked like the Sage of Six Paths.
Naruto suddenly realized who the old man was and blurted out in shock, "You're the Sage of Six Paths' younger brother, Otsutsuki Hamura!"
A gentle smile appeared on Hamura's aged face. He nodded kindly and said, "If you don't mind, you can call me Grandpa too."
Naruto swallowed nervously and gave Hamura a deep bow. "O-of course! Grandpa Hamura."
"No need to be so tense. I like to think I'm pretty easy to get along with," Hamura said with a warm smile as he reached out to help Naruto up. "Back when you were training with my brother thousands of years ago, I already took notice of you. You were a good kid."
"Th-thousands of years ago?" Naruto swallowed hard again.
Even though he didn't know exactly how far he and Sasuke had traveled through time, based on what Hamura just said, it was clearly during the era of the Sage of Six Paths.
That reminded Naruto of something. "So that means… the Tenseigan Chakra Mode I used—that was your doing?"
Hamura gave a small nod.
"No wonder!" Naruto suddenly understood. "Kurama said that Tenseigan Chakra Mode could only be activated by someone with a Tenseigan. I don't have one, so the only possible reason I could use that mode was your power."
Then Naruto looked puzzled again. "But when did you give me that…"
"…power? I'm pretty sure this is our first time meeting, right?"
Naruto had a lot of questions, but Hamura didn't seem bothered at all. He just kept smiling kindly. Once Naruto asked that question, Hamura finally began to explain, "When I passed away, I left a bit of my chakra on the moon. That chakra has been nurtured by my descendants ever since."
"With generations of Byakugan users, and under the influence of my chakra, the only Tenseigan in the ninja world was eventually born. And using the Tenseigan's power, I was able to send part of my chakra to the world below—into you."
"You already had my brother's chakra inside you. When my Tenseigan chakra was added to that, the two combined to form a new, stronger power. That's the Tenseigan Chakra Mode you mentioned." As he spoke, Hamura gently waved the staff in his right hand.
It was like space and time shifted in that moment. A flash of light cut through the dark void of space, and before Naruto could react, he instinctively raised a hand to shield his eyes. A glowing blue orb appeared in front of him.
The orb was beautiful and gave off a soft glow like the moon, wrapping Naruto in its light.
It wasn't harsh at all. Naruto slowly lowered his hand and stared at the enormous Tenseigan floating in front of him, his mouth slightly open.
Looking at the Tenseigan, which was about ten meters wide, Hamura sighed softly. "It seems my descendants misunderstood my will. They spent their entire lives, using countless lives, to create this one eye… just to try and destroy the ninja world."
As he spoke, Hamura turned to the still-stunned Naruto. "Naruto, I don't have much time left, so I'll keep it brief."
Naruto was still dazed by the sight of the glowing Tenseigan, but hearing that, he quickly turned to listen. "Go ahead."
"Naruto, I hope you'll inherit this eye. Use it to seal my mother, and then return to the moon. Tell my descendants…" Hamura smiled again, "…tell them the age of the Otsutsuki is over."
Naruto was still a little confused. "Kaguya… your mother—can she really come back?"
Right now, the Akatsuki can't beat them, and Shukaku is being protected. With Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, Tobirama, and Mito there, even if the entire Akatsuki moves, they still wouldn't be able to take Shukaku.
And with the Five Kage Summit going on, no matter how the talks turn out, once it's over, they'll definitely go after the Akatsuki. As long as Naruto and Sasuke can catch Black...
If they had sealed her, everything would've ended perfectly, and there would've been no chance for Kaguya to come back.
But from the way Hamura talked, it seemed like he believed Kaguya would definitely return.
Maybe he could tell Naruto was confused, so Hamura gently shook his head and said, "My mother… she wouldn't fail that easily. And Black Zetsu—if it weren't for the news you brought a thousand years ago, even I wouldn't have known he existed."
Hamura had even stronger sensory powers than Hagoromo. Even on the moon, his Byakugan could see the ninja world. But even with all that, he still couldn't catch Black Zetsu.
Naruto took a deep breath. "I understand."
Then he clenched his fist. "Anyway, no matter what happens, I'll stop Kaguya for sure. When the time comes, I'll go to the moon and tell your descendants what you said!"
Hamura nodded kindly, his smile full of warmth.
"I have one more question…" Naruto scratched the back of his head, a little embarrassed.
"Go ahead," Hamura didn't mind at all.
Naruto thought for a moment and then asked carefully, "Why don't you just talk directly to your descendants?"
It was honestly kind of hard to understand.
But Hamura just smiled and replied, "I can't reach him anymore. His heart is being led by the wrong will. He can't hear me now."
"But you… you're one of the heirs chosen by my brother. Your heart is incredibly pure, and in my current state, you're the only one I can communicate with." Hamura pointed at Naruto's chest. "Believe in your choices. The future of the ninja world… I'm leaving it to you."
"The future? W–Wait!"
…
"This is the Ganges?" Kurama stared wide-eyed at Naruto.
Naruto held out both hands. "Yup, the Ganges."
"What the hell is reasonable about this?! This is completely unreasonable!" Kurama completely lost it. "I was wondering why your Tenseigan Chakra Mode was so strong. Theoretically, Tenseigan Chakra Mode should be about the same level as Sage of Six Paths Mode. There's no way it should be strong enough to fight Tomoe Rinnegan plus a Karma seal. Turns out your Tenseigan Chakra Mode is stacked on top of Six Paths Mode!"
"No wonder every time you use it, you have to activate Six Paths Mode first and then absorb a ton of natural energy!"
"This isn't fair at all!" Kurama started rolling around on the ground. "I'm supposed to be the main character! But I had to train on my own to get Sage powers, and I didn't even get a Rinnegan or Tenseigan! And now I've gotta deal with those damn Otsutsuki guys targeting me!"
"I'm done! My heart's broken!"
"Geneva! I want a refund!"
