The foreign monk reprimanded him angrily, as if whipping these Western people, saying, "Taking offerings from Buddha, do you know what price you must pay? How much suffering and sin you must endure!"
The young man still had the mind to banter a bit, saying, "Buddha?"
"As of now, the world is full of suffering."
"I'm also very poor."
"Let these funds of Buddha save me."
"Save me from the sea of poverty and suffering."
The foreign monk said, "My Buddha saves all living beings..."
The young man smiled calmly, "I am all living beings."
