Bai Weixi's eyes fell upon the dinner Li Yuan had prepared on the dining table. It was a simple meal of two dishes and a soup: tomato and chili scrambled eggs, fish-flavored shredded pork, and seaweed and egg soup, served with fragrant, steaming rice. A wide smile graced her pretty face.
Staring at Li Yuan, her beautiful eyes filled with happiness. She parted her lips shyly and said, "Husband, thank you."
