The Heavenly Dragon Institute is located in the northwest of the Great Qin, with iron chains crossing the river. The daily sight of the surging river makes it deserving of the title of an institution. Yet, calling it an institute is somewhat inaccurate. Claimed to dominate the world and lauded as the pinnacle of External Cultivation, it's nothing more than a courtyard enclosed by a few shabby thatched huts.
The most valuable item in the entire Heavenly Dragon Institute is a remarkably heavy bronze bell.
Disciples of the Heavenly Dragon Institute, capable of easily carrying large stones and running like the wind for hundreds of miles, couldn't budge this seemingly unremarkable bell in the slightest. Every morning and evening, they toll the bell eighteen times, exhausting their Qi Mechanism each time. The bell's sound can be heard for miles, forging a robust Qi Mechanism in them.
