Xue Yang arrived at Master Miejue's office door and knocked gently. Inside, Master Miejue was reviewing the data he and the others had completed.
They're all quite good, far exceeding my expectations. Especially Xue Yang's part. If I didn't know he was a freshman, I'd never believe he was the one who did this.
Hearing the knock, she said, "Come in." A moment later, Xue Yang pushed the door open and entered.
"Teacher Gong, you wanted to see me?"
Master Miejue hummed in acknowledgment. "Xue Yang, your data analysis was very well done. Lin Corporation intends to have you lead this project, so you may have to work hard for the next few days. It's only for a short while; things will settle down by New Year's Day."
"Okay, thank you, Teacher."
"Xue Yang, there's another matter I want to discuss with you."
Xue Yang stood obediently, like a well-behaved elementary school student. "Teacher, please, go ahead."
