BANG!
The gunshot rang out, and the young girls screamed in terror. Their parents and relatives shivered, sighing inwardly.
The man on top of the car really has a death wish. A woman just died, yet he still dares to provoke them…
"He won't get us all killed, will he?" they worried, fearing the drivers would suddenly go back on their word, kill them, and drag their daughters back to be sold.
"Wait a minute!"
"H-How is he still standing?"
"Why isn't his head bleeding?"
"Look, the bullet!"
Their eyes bulged, jaws nearly hitting the ground. The fired bullet was lodged in Lin Tang's forehead. It hadn't pierced his skin, nor had it bounced off.
"How is that possible?" The driver who fired turned green with fear. He never imagined someone's head could be hard enough to stop a bullet.
Is this guy even human?
"Since you're unwilling to explain, there's nothing left for me to say." Lin Tang leaped effortlessly from the car to the ground.
