"The first plan is whether you could select a mature woman with a high status in the Empire to handle daily communication with Lord Rein. Of course, if she can quietly infiltrate his inner circle, that would be even better."
"Hmm, what's the second one?" Roys nodded, a few figures flashing through his mind.
"The second plan is to work with people already there. For instance, Jennifer, who is now responsible for Lord Rein's business affairs, can be swayed to lean toward the Federation and whisper in his ear."
