"Oh, okay. What song should I sing then?"
Li Guang didn't know what the company had arranged. In his view, having a song to sing was a good thing, and as a newbie, he didn't have much say anyway. He'd just listen to the leadership and do whatever they told him.
But as soon as he asked about the song title, Chu Tian paused. He suddenly realized that this song, how should he put it, was somewhat different from normal songs, and he wondered if Li Guang would be able to accept it.
After pondering for a moment, he said, "The song is called 'Dalabengba.'"
"Hmm? Dalabengba??"
Li Guang racked his brain but couldn't figure out what kind of song title that was. What does it mean? Is my cultural understanding too low to get it? Is there some allusion hidden in it? Would asking reveal my lack of culture and sophistication?
