The group of five, carrying big and small bundles, walked over amidst chit-chat and laughter. Guo Shun glanced at them and immediately noticed the young man in the blue robe who stood out due to his appearance. The rest, comprising two older women, a young girl, and a teenager, seemed like ordinary folk, with none resembling a martial arts practitioner.
Guo Shun recognized the voices of the two older women; they were residents of the neighborhood. He relaxed slightly, gave them a quick look, then lowered his head and continued on his way.
However, the young man seemed vaguely familiar to him, as though he had seen him somewhere before, but he couldn't quite place him.
The voices of the group came drifting over:
"Brother Lian, our home is just up ahead, we'll be there soon. Why don't you and Wu Sheng come and visit?" Er Ya, hopping and skipping in front, said.
Lian Musu nodded in agreement, "Alright, then thank you for hosting us, Sister Er Ya."
