"Brother-in-law, why does your general store need so much chili sauce?" Boss Wang was a bit puzzled. Even if the chili sauce tasted good, there was no need to buy so much.
A thousand bottles, you know.
To be honest, their last batch of a thousand bottles took a lot of work to sell out across different places.
"Youcai, tell me—why do you think they managed to sell a thousand bottles yesterday?" Ling Feng didn't answer, instead he threw back a question.
Boss Wang's full name is Youcai—Wang Youcai owns a glass bottle factory, business is decent, and his general's belly makes it clear he's a guy with money at home. He said, "Maybe it's just tasty?"
"Exactly, it's because it's tasty."
Ling Feng asked again, "So tell me, in all of South City, have you ever tasted chili sauce like this?"
"Nope."
Wang Youcai shook his head. His family always eats meat dishes at every meal. Sometimes, with dinner parties outside, it's all chicken, duck, fish, and meat—who has the time for chili sauce?
