"Alright."
Xu Nian'an answered without thinking, "Make more meatballs. Big brother probably hasn't eaten meat for ages."
Now, Xu Nian'an and Xu Nianhua had earned a bit of money, most of it was saved, but buying a meal with meat bones or meat once a week had greatly improved their lives.
With the previous experience making meatballs, Xu Nianhua easily cooked them again, leaving most of the meatballs for big brother, and the small remainder was divided among the four of them, each getting at least two.
At home, they could have bone soup and occasionally eat meat, but at the brick factory, if big brother didn't have food sent from home, he might go a whole month without a single meal of meat.
When they got to the county, as usual, they left the Mung Bean Jelly at Grandma Cai's house, and the siblings went to the brick factory to look for big brother.
It was right before lunchtime, the most exhausting time.
