Karen strode into Langxing, just in time to bump into Jin Fengnan coming down from upstairs.
"Why are you still here? Didn't I ask you to go to the hospital first?" Before he could finish, his phone rang, and he stepped aside to answer it. Karen didn't look back and went straight into the elevator.
After hanging up the phone, Jin Fengnan turned around to find her, but she was already out of sight. He quickly took a few steps forward, only to find the elevator doors closed, so he had to give up.
"Uncle Jin." Zhou Mingchen extended his hand, "I heard you came back a few days ago, I haven't had the chance to visit, sorry about that."
"Fengnan has told me about you. Have you fully recovered now?"
"I'm okay now, thanks for asking."
The two sat down on the sofa, and the secretary promptly brought hot tea.
