Rouni's figure blurred, his green lightning tearing across the arena like a raging serpent. The ground beneath his feet cracked as he accelerated, both swords carving through the air in intersecting arcs meant to trap Klaus in a cross-shaped execution.
He was furious, and so were countless others.
For a moment there, nobody saw what Klaus did to Rouni coming. They never in their wildest dreams expected Klaus to waste such a good chance on absolutely nothing serious.
He had the advantage, but he wasted it on something very silly.
The warriors were pissed because what he did was a direct provocation to them and everything they believed in.
However, they also saw that Klaus was no simple warrior. He had proven that he could use the Time Law to such an extent. But to think he used it to paint Rouni's face, they were angry, and so was Rouni.
His attack was deadly in intent, aimed at overwhelming his opponent.
As his attack came, Klaus did not retreat.
Instead, he stepped forward.
