Chapter 156 - Plans Move Along

The young men that were chosen, all of them had families of their own. However, none of them were ones with a husband. The reason for this was simple, there needed to be a distinct difference between Tus Nadair and the new nations these young men would form. Another consideration was to make sure they only had a maximum of three wives, for any more than that it was far too similar to Tus Nadair, but any less and it would have completely severed another connection to their homeland.

And so, with the decree from their goddess, each of the young men set out with a minimal amount of support… They had put out feelers in other countries about their plans to part ways with Tus Nadair, and thus had a small following that was ready to aid their new leader in building the nations they talked about.

The first of these nations was a nation dedicated to magic in every way, Gatenbarg. With confirmation that the young man, now becoming a king, could return home if anything went wrong, or call upon his goddess in the event he needed aid, he had set off.

It took this group about 5 years to construct a somewhat functioning country. It had a few issues here and there, like resources and skilled workers. However, the issues gradually became minor, and finally disappeared after more people gained experience in their fields.

At around the same time that Gatenbarg had finally established itself as a country, another young man had left Tus Nadair, similarly, he left with another degree of support from the public. This time though, the group that left with him had a handful of individuals with a particular eye trait that granted them heightened magical abilities for a particular element. This nation would soon become Inveria. And with the aid of information from a friend of his, the current King of Gatenbarg, this nation's development was far quicker, only taking 3 years to become a fully established nation.

There were a handful of others that led small groups out of Tus Nadair. One group of Dwarves, having felt a little out of place for a few years, but couldn't completely hate the culture, decided to leave Tus Nadair. However, they couldn't decide which direction to go. In the end they split up, into a handful of smaller groups, and went separate ways. Though, as they left, Night Silver granted them her blessing. All of them accepted it graciously, feeling bad about what they were doing, but they really were feeling off the whole time.

While they were given the chance to have a goddess born child, they refused it, stating that their worship of the goddess wasn't so flimsy to need an anchor like that. These groups would go on to found the Hill Dwarves in the Abelion hills, the Dwarven Kingdom in the Azerlisia Mountains which was a fair bit closer than they had planned, and then a handful of other settlements dotted around the continent, some of them did actually join Tsa's nation… Though the culture shock there was quite bad for some of them and those who had that feeling returned to Tus Nadair realizing that nowhere is perfect, and that at the very least, Tus Nadair was their homeland and they would always be welcomed, even after they left it before.

This was a time of great upheaval for Tus Nadair, at least that's what it looked like from the outside looking in. Even Tsa was fooled by this. However, the Nadairians knew better, they all knew something no other person, from any other race, nor creed could possibly understand. Tus Nadair was their home, guarded by their powerful and mighty Goddess, Night Silver. A Goddess just as kind hearted, and loving as she was mighty. She'd even bestow families upon families the ultimate of all her blessings, a goddess born child. It was a sign of their family being honored, and one that in other societies would have forced them into getting big heads- and egos- here it just drove them to love their work even more.

It was truly a utopia, the only things the people wanted was to love their work, their neighbor, and to become closer to their goddess. This inevitably led people down different paths due to their personalities, but in the end, it ultimately landed everyone as close to being like their goddess as they could. They were people who lived longer than the average person from another country, and even had a few brand new races born out of all the mixing around.

So no, they knew that the people who actually left this wonderful home were either thrill seekers looking for something new, or it was something that their benevolent goddess had orchestrated. There was simply no other possible choice, with some of the Dwarves being the only exception to the rule in this case, everyone knew all of this on an intuitive basis, like it was baked in their very DNA. An immutable law of nature, one that once learned, people would refuse to ignore it… Hence why some of the Dwarves- who had left- had made their return after seeing how horrid the living conditions were in other places.

Even so, Tsa began his work, sending delegations to the newly formed countries. A feat that was also replicated by the Slane Theocracy, the forest city of Elves, and Eryuentiu all mimicked Tsa's actions. The city of elves had also been clued in about what was happening, and that's why they did it. The other two places did it largely because they wanted to get their hands on magic castors that once learned from the freakishly mighty nation of Tus Nadair.

With ties having formed all around, the world stage was set. The time had come for Tsa to make his move. And so he began to spread propaganda. This should manage to get all of these nations onboard, and with everyone on my side, the political pressure that I can exert will be magnified by the fact those who had once been faithful believers in her, now turn on one of her ideas.

The Aids in charge of disseminating this propaganda, sighed internally. One in particular simply glared at the paper below her, keeping her face hidden. Does he really think this is going to work? Is he an idiot?! There's no way this will have the desired effect. No chance in hell! But fine, I'll go along with it, for now.
