Herrscher Orion couldn't really understand how the Original was still standing.
No matter how strong someone's will is, no one can handle being disassembled over and over again.
Another thing that puzzled Herrscher Orion was where was the Original getting these emotions that fueled his attacks from.
In this shared mindscape time moves much faster than in the outside world. Outside it has roughly been an hour since the Herrscher of Thunder and Herrscher of Wind showed up. While in the mindscape they have been fighting for around 100 days.
Honestly the situation was baffling to Herrscher Orion unlike the original he had a near infinite source of power and had long expected the Original to run out of "emotions" and "energy".
This clash was constant with endless machines and weapons being created and destroyed at this point he estimated that they might have destroyed and create several wars worth of weapons.
One example was the Engine of Creation that seem to be a favorite as it kept reappearing as both used either parts or the whole thing to attack and block. The mindscape did not remain static during this time as their clashes happened sometimes they were in a desert other times they were in a mountain range.
Herrscher Orion during this fight found a favorite weapon type an Axe. He often made large axes and slammed them down on the Original and a favorite variant was the Divine Axe, Rhitta which he scaled up to the size of a skyscraper at times.
But once again after a devastating strike the Original bounced back with more "emotion".
This fight was a constant battle of evolution as both were getting more familiar with their abilities.
But eventually one of them had to give and it was the original who showed the first signs of breaking as he finally noticed a slight decline in his energy.
Capitalizing on this Herrscher Orion activated both Herrscher cores reason and void along with a good amount of Honkai energy focusing it all in a new axe.
This attack was on a new scale and stronger than anything Herrscher Orion had done before and he believed it was finally over.
The Original Orion smiled "Going all in huh just what I wanted"
Original Orion watched the impending attack approach but he focused on the world outside the appearance of the two Herrschers, the devastation, and the survivors. All their emotions flooded into him and this was how he lasted this long and how he would end it.
"Reason? Do you need a reason to save others?" he thought. Since childhood, people have this instinct to help others. Maybe it's something simple as holding the door or donating to charity. People humans at their core are social animals and want to help each other if they can something that was necessary to survive since ancient times and something he believed is etched into their DNA.
Of course Orion knew that when the cost becomes too high, humans sometimes forget to help others. Some say humans are naturally selfish, driven by survival. But Orion believed people can rise above that, especially when facing the darkest moments.
Original Orion channeled all these emotions though him.
Herrscher Orion who was rapidly approaching saw the air around Original Orion warp as fragmented memories of the people on the outside world gathered around him.
"Feel the weight of everyone's emotions," shouted Original Orion.
As he gained an intense aura causing his hair to constantly change color this was a final gambit he bet all the emotions he gathered and everything he had left into this attack.
Original Orion clashed with Herrscher Orion's axe shattering the space around the mindscape.
But the first to break in this clash ended up being Herrscher Orion as his axe shattered and Original Orion obliterated not only him but knocked the Herrscher cores out of him.
Now without a body Herrscher Orion voice echoed around him "Looks like you really bet everything on this attack. You do know that there was a very high chance of this wiping us both right"
"At least I won't let my body become the next Herrscher and bring chaos to this world," replied Original Orion.
"Haha! You're really something Original" laughed Herrscher Orion "Stubborn to the end well I leave it to you, good luck on the outside"
With that Herrscher Orion said no more, leaving behind the two Herrscher cores.
In the ruined mindscape, only Original Orion remained, his silver eyes looking into the void. He had no time to savor this victory as he knew from the memories he gathered that the outside world was facing two Herrschers.
