Because they had visited Lyon then at his office and asked for his blood, "Not fully but better than before," Sabrina replied with a smile,
"Is it true?" Lyon suddenly spoke, making Sabrina confused as to what he was asking, seeing the confusion on her face, he continued, "That you are pregnant with his child?" He asked, he had felt bad when he heard from Beth while she was trying to get on Elena's nerves,
"Yes," Sabrina replied suddenly remembering of how Lucian haven't been back for more than a moon now, she found herself wanting to see him again and be with him, after the night of the incident that happened with the witch, she noticed he seem to be ignoring her, "Have you seen Lucian?"
"I thought he just got back from Merrillville, we went there together on an errand, is he not home yet?" Lyon asked with a frown and Sabrina just shook her head, "Are you happy with him? Do you love him, Sabrina?"
Lyon asked her but Sabrina kept quiet for sometime, she doesn't really know if she love him or not but right now she just want to be with him,
"You don't have to be with him if you don't want to, you know how much I love and will take care of you," Lyon continued, "Lucian isn't good for you, he's a-"
"Wow, way to go, Lyon," suddenly they heard the devil's voice, they both turned and saw Lucian standing there like the devil he was, grinning. He was looking the best out of all, his silver hair also combed back and he was dressed in a handsome outfit,
Sabrina stared both shocked and relieved to see him again but still she was a bit angry at him for leaving without saying anything,
"What are you doing here, sprout? Aren't you supposed to be in the mansion?" Lucian asked with a wicked grin, seems like his little sprout is finding his rules hard to follow,
"I accompanied Selene, I was bored in the mansion," Sabrina replied,
"Hmm," he said, "Then you should be with Selene, should you not?" He said before glaring at Lyon who glared back at him,
"She is with her associate, I didn't want to trouble them and besides I'm with Lyon, he is my childhood friend after all," Sabrina replied again,
"Hmm, I see. Well now it's time for us to leave," Lucian said making both Lyon and Sabrina frown,
"What! But the celebration has just started, we just arr-" Sabrina got interrupted by Lucian,
"I know about that sprout, but we have to leave now, we don't have to stay any longer. You were bored, now I'm home so we can go back and do something interesting," he said with a sexy grin on his face, Leon glared at him while Sabrina reddened in embarrassment, how could he say that out loud.
"Well I'm sorry, your highness. I will be leaving with no one but the person I came with, so if you want to go back to the palace, please do without me," with that Sabrina walked away from there, leaving the two men.
Lucian frowned as he watch her leave before turning to look at Lyon who had a grin on his face now,
"Why do you always have to force her," Lyon spoke and the cold look on Lucian's face only increased but that didn't scare Lyon one bit,
"And what is that supposed to mean, Alpha Lyon?" Lucian asked with a grin,
"She doesn't love you and I don't think she will ever because she loves me instead, why can't you just let her come back to me? Rosaline is pregnant anyway and I can take of your child for you-"
"You talk too much, I'm already having a headache," Lucian suddenly said calmly with a smile now on his face but it didn't reach his eyes, "What I do with my woman is none of your business, wolf, so keep your nose out of it if you don't want trouble,"
"You can't threaten me, Lucian. I'm not scared of you, you know that. I warn you not to hurt her," Lyon spoke with a serious look on his face,
"And what made you think I will," Lucian grinned leaving the wall he was leaning on and moving close to Lyon, "I know you aren't scared, Alpha but I'm also gonna give you one warning and it's up to you to heed to it or not, stay the fuck away from her," Lucian said and left. Lyon sighed.
Sabrina walked to the ballroom annoyed,
"Hello lovely," hearing the male voice Sabrina looked up and saw Victor, Rosaline's brother smiling, "It's been a while I've seen you," Right, after the day Lucian threatened to harm him if he dared look at her in a lustful way, he thought that Lucian wouldn't be here as he had gone to Merrillville for an assignment by Lord Maximus because even Victor works for the council but he had no idea that Lucian was back and in fact in the party if not he would have kept ignoring this woman like a plague.
"Evening to you too, Victor," Sabrina replied with a smile,
"You look lovely," Victor commented staring all over at her body, not knowing he had been caught by the devil, who grinned while watching them, "Do you care for a dance?"
"Not at all," Sabrina said smiling, she was so upset with Lucian that she just wants to do something that will take her mind off him. She followed Victor to the dance floor who was more than happy to dance with her,
They twirled on the dance floor with the other couple dancing, Sabrina noticed how Victor kept rubbing her waist and pulling her closer and staring down at her swell, she felt slightly disgusted and tried to pull away until the music ended, Victor had excused himself after kissing the back of her hand and telling her to wait for him for the next dance,
He walked towards the male rest room and he entered the room smiling to himself after he was done, he stood in front of the mirror grinning, damn that woman felt so good in his arms, how would she be when she's under him, with that thought his manhood hardened,
"You seem happy," suddenly he heard a voice and on turning the smile on his face fell, how come he was here! Wasn't he supposed to be in Merrillville,
"So does your ugly monster down there," Lucian continued with his wicked grin on, "I wonder how it will feel under my feet, crushed," he said coldly and Victor froze. This man will definitely kill him today,
Lucian moved close to him and he stood there frozen, unable to move, he didn't want to look like a coward in front of him even if he was scared of him, "What did I tell you the last time we spoke about that thing?" He said glaring down at it hardened manhood, Victor gulped,
"It wasn't intentional-"
He couldn't complete his sentence as Lucian grabbed his neck before using his other fist to hit him hard on his face more than once till blood was flowing down his nose and the side of his lips burst, then he kicked his ball and he flew across the room for him to crash on the wall and fall on the floor,
"I'm sparing your life this time and it's because of Rosaline but don't think I will do that again next time, I don't want to see you near her again, stay far away from her, alright?"
Victor vigorously nodded as he wince in pain,
"You have no idea what I'm gonna do to you if you even as much speak to her or even look at her for more than one second," he walked out of the room leaving Victor in pain.
