Speaking of Chinese immigrants in Jamaica, those who have done well include the current president, and many wealthy individuals who control various industries in Jamaica's economy. Those who are doing fairly well are just immigrants who haven't been here for long, like Mr. Chen and Boss Zhou.
To put it simply, these black people have much lower intelligence than the Chinese, so whether in politics or business, they are far inferior to the Chinese.
As long as you give these Chinese people a suitable environment for development, basically within one generation, they can accumulate much more wealth than they would domestically in Huaxia.
However, there is rampant gun violence here, and those lazy black people make public safety quite poor. If public security here was comparable to back home, this place would indeed be pretty nice.
