The little girl carefully wrapped Ye Qing all over with newspaper to shield him from the cold wind. Although it wasn't as warm as Ye Qing's clothes, at such a chilly time, being able to wrap up in a layer of newspaper indeed made it much warmer.
Feeling the warmth on his body, Ye Qing finally let out a long sigh of relief. He looked at the little girl standing in front of him, curiously watching him, and smiled at her.
"Thank you," Ye Qing said softly.
The little girl didn't seem to understand Ye Qing's words or maybe she understood his expression. She waved at him, uttered a few words, and pointed in the direction where her siblings had just left.
Ye Qing didn't know what she meant exactly, but judging from her expression, she seemed to be apologizing for her brother and sister. Ye Qing smiled and said, "Don't worry, I don't blame them. Your brother is just taking care of you all. He's very brave, and I admire him a lot!"
