Boss Zhu was deeply intoxicated, having downed half a bottle in one gulp. Mrs. Zhu, seeing him in this state and still angry over the previous incident, turned her head away and ignored him.
Boss Zhu then staggered and swayed as he finished another bottle of wine. As his hand slipped, the bottle fell and shattered on the ground. Hearing the noise, the waiter thought something was wrong and immediately opened the door to investigate. Boss Wang waved his hand to indicate it was nothing. Seeing it was just someone who had drunkenly collapsed rather than a real emergency, the waiter bent slightly, closed the door, and left.
