Frederick Albashour pulled the tile back over his head before he gradually climbed further and further down the hole. His limbs trembled from the scene he witnessed up above. Thankfully, he had listened to a tip he received several nights before the wedding. A tip that somehow predicted the future and saved his life. He landed at the bottom of a bunker and glanced around nervously.
Bzzzz
The bunker was completely silent. Silent enough that you could hear your own heartbeat. Frederick gulped silently as he walked towards a large safe. He stared at the safe before silently entering in a code that only he knew.. a special code that no one else would even think of. However, before he had any chance to open the safe, there was a loud clunking sound. The noise grew louder as it's presence grew nearer. This- no way.. someone found me? Frederick quickly covered up the safe with his body as Byung-Ho dropped down from up above.
"Funny that you're still alive after everything that happened up there."
Byung-Ho slowly approached Frederick as he cornered him. An evil grin spread across his face as he rubbed his hands together. Finally.. with this.. I can become the number one spy! Take that, Triple!
"That box behind you.. that must be important, no?"
Frederick Albashour quickly shook his head and spread his arms wide so that Byung-Ho wouldn't get the chance to come near the safe.
"D-Don't come any closer! Or.. or I'm going to kill you!"
His arms trembled as he tried to keep Byung-Ho away.
Pfft-
Byung-Ho laughed and pulled Frederick away from the safe. "What're you gonna do? Huh? Hit me?"
He continued to laugh as he began to play around with a few lock combos.
"Hey, tell me the code and I'll let you go. Hm?"
Frederick Albashour was nearly stunned as Byung-Ho began to play around with the safe. He reached for a blunt object and was about to hit him in the head, but Byung-Ho managed to grab his wrist tightly and pull him around. "Hey.. what do you think you're doing? Do you want to get hurt?"
Byung-Ho reached for a pocket knife and twirled it around before holding it up to Frederick's neck. "Give me the code. I'm being nice here.. all the other agents would've been torturing you by now." He said with a menacing smile.
Frederick began to tremble even more as Byung-Ho threatened him with such a menacing smile. "Th-the code.. is uh..." He let out a loud gulp and looked away in anxiousness. "It's.. 1235..." He whispered as his legs nearly gave out.
1235? Seriously? What kind of dumba** would come up with that..
Byung-Ho sighed as he began to enter the code into the safe. He slammed the safe door open and immediatly furrowed his eyebrows after he saw the contents inside. "What the f*ck is this?" He said while turning back towards Federick and grabbing him by the collar. "Where's the goddamn ring?"
The bunker lights flickered as they stared at each other in silence. Byung-Ho's anger was apparent as he continued to shake the living days out of Frederick. But before Byung-Ho could keep yelling at him, Frederick finally spoke up. "That's... my favorite perfume scent.. that I've been gatekeeping." He whispered in shame. "Please don't tell anyone! Please!" What the hell is this man on about right now? If the ring isn't here.. then...
Byung-Ho let out a loud groan and shoved Frederick into the bunker walls. "You dastardly f*ck face! Where's the ring?!" He began to fling him back and forth as the man screamed from being tossed around like popcorn. "I don't know! I don't know.. please.. I was lost in all the comotion.. there was a lady who tipped me off... she- she told me that something would happen today..." Wait.. this is important information.
Clank
Byung-Ho quickly chopped Frederick in the back of the neck to make him pass out. This is going to be a pain... He mumbled to himself as he began to drag the man back up the bunker. His arms were heavily underpressure as he tried to pull the heavy man up bit by bit. After he finally returned to the surface, he saw that the whole agency was there, cleaning up the aftermath. He grunted as he swiftly threw the man's body up. This guy is heavier than he looks.. He quickly searched for someone to hand the man off to, but he was suddenly met with angry faces instead.
"There you are!" A few agents surrounded Byung-Ho with bothered expressions. "Where have you been? Agent Triple managed to obtain the ring while you were gone." What.. so he managed to capture all the spotlight after all. He let out a sigh and walked away from the agents.
"I'm tired. I'm going home." He mumbled while throwing Frederick's body at the agents. "Make sure to interview him well. He's holding some very important secrets." Byung-Ho stuffed his hands in the holes of his dress and walked off. His mind was a jumbled mess as he tried to make out the situation. However, before being able to reach the door, he was stopped by Lin. Her arms crossed as she blocked the door. Great.. another obstacle.
Her face grew more firm by the second. "I heard that you were a spy. I already returned the weird.. weapon.. and stuff.." She looked Byung-Ho up and down before suddenly bursting out in laughter. "Gosh.. I can't believe that you were actually a man under all that.." She held onto her stomach tightly as Byung-Ho watched in pure embarrassment. "That's- well.. nevermind." He let out a loud sigh and tried to walk around the lady. She blocked his path again. "Uhm.. I'm sorry. You helped me get out of there alive, and yet I lashed out on you."
What? She's apologizing all of a sudden?
Byung-Ho stood there awkwardly. His experience with women wasn't the best, but he tried to make a proper conversation. "Huh? Oh.. yeah. It's okay." He cleared his throat and looked away while whistling.
Lin watched and tapped her foot on the ground silently until she finally spoke up again. "But! That doesn't excuse you for entering the women's bathroom!" She yelled out while pointing her finger. Huh? Sh*t...
Byung-Ho quickly turned away and tried to run off so he wouldn't have to deal with the conversation. But he was quickly met with a bloody Agent Cross. He stared at him for a moment before glancing away. "Oh.. Hey. Sorry about leaving you on your own earlier-"
Agent Cross wiped the blood off his face and chuckled softly. "It's no big deal. I had a fun time today." He seemed to have return to his previous self... what was up with him earlier though?
"Uh- right! Uhm.." Byung-Ho patted Agent Cross on the back but immediately regretted it after having blood smeared all over him. "You do you.." He mumbled while backing away and running off into a different corner of the venue. He searched for a way out and found his way up to the balcony. His eyes lit up and quickly tried to jump off until someone grabbed his arm. "Agent Phony." A deep icy voice rang from behind him. He was too anxious to turn around.. because that voice could only be one person... No.. no! I'm going to get the scolding of a lifetime if I turn around right now.. I should just jump!
He was on the verge of jumping off the balcony before he was suddenly pulled in towards Agent Triple. He glared at Byung-Ho, almost in disgust. "There's.. lipstick on your teeth." He said while trying to pull Byung-Ho's dress back up to completely cover his skin. This guy.. is really scary!
Byung-Ho began to grunt as he tugged away from Triple's tight grasp on him. He glanced away while whistling awkwardly. "Uh.. I heard that you found the ring! Awesome..." He smiled sheepishly at Agent Triple and prayed that he wouldn't have any complaints about the way the mission went.
Triple sighed as he gazed over Agent Phony. "You're a mess. Go back to the agency and get cleaned up. I'll talk to you later." His words were short but impactful. Each one felt like a scary message. Why is that guy staring at me so intensely? Does he want to kill me? Should I run? "Actually, I was just about to do that!" Byung-Ho laughed awkwardly and tried to jump off the balcony again, but Triple continued to tug onto him. "What do you think you're doing? There's nothing but forest down there.. do you want to die?" His tone was anything but concerned. But Byung-Ho had to go along with it. "I'll be fine! This is the best option right now." He kept trying to pull away from Agent Triple, but he wasn't having any of it. What the- why won't this guy let me go?
Agent Triple stared at Byung-ho suspiciously. "I'm afraid that I don't want you to kill yourself." WHAT? Who said anything about wanting to kill myself? "No, no! I'm not trying to kill myself! I just want to get out of this damned hell hole and get changed out of this annoying dress and sh*tty heels!" Triple released his grip enough for Byung-Ho to pull away. "Now if you don't mind.." He quickly hopped off the balcony and swiftly grabbed onto the ledge to carefully climb down. Triple watched in amusement as he analyzed Byung-Ho's strong grip.
After a moment, he finally reached the ground and ran towards a car from the agency. He hopped in and let out a loud sigh of relief. "Finally..." He glanced at the driver and gestured for him to drive. Byung-Ho laid back in his seat and closed his eyes to rest as the driver took him back to the agency.
Finally.. a moment of peace and tranquility. A time where I can finally relax.. and-
He paused and suddenly remembered that he had to give the Chief a report of his mission. "GOD DAMNIT!" He suddenly yelled out in frustration, causing the driver to jump in surprise and nearly drive them off the road.
I should have never become a spy... sigh.
