Chapter 64 - CHAPTER 63: Myzrael, and the Noxar.

It's been a week since Asher and Ziel left, Dad sent out some knights to follow him afterwards. My days has been boring, except for the fact that this book I've been reading is really interesting and great. It's like I'm just reading a story about how the world has come to life. The creation of everything in this world is really amazing, and I love how the Gods worked together to give this world the life it deserved. Raini's incarnation was described to be a beautiful young man with golden hair and eyes, it is also specified that his eyes had a unique pattern that is similar to a sun with eight rays.

It was also mentioned that he created humans as well with the help of the Primal Luminars. Humans, are all created by Raini's essense. This means, every humans are Raini's children. The very first humans created were named Aelion, Elaria, Ilmion, Sylen, Eruin, Liora, Arvan, and Elka. Four pairs of female and male humans, and the reason was to of course...multiply! In my previous world, there was only Eve and Adam, but here we've got eight!

I still have many questions in my mind, but I know reading this book will answer everything. Why is it that even though there is Raini, the humans believed that Creo is the one who created the world? If there's this Era of Luminal Genesis, that means our current year is supposed to be the Year 1767. But, why did they hid this from everyone? I don't understand.

Does that mean the Zariah book written by the Astras and the Selene contains lies?

Why? What's the reason for it?

My curiosities are piling up in my head that I can't stop reading this book.

"Great morning, Ali ~" I turned my head to my balcony when I heard Lia's voice. Asher might be gone, but Lia sure replaced him in using my balcony as entrance.

"Hi, Lia!" I greet.

"Good morning, Princess Athalia!" Eri waved her hand to Lia and the latter did the same with a smile on her face.

"Oh, are you guys reading the book given by Bro Ash? How was it? Boring, isn't it? I couldn't even reach the fouth page," She walks towards us, and then takes a seat at the edge of my bed.

I wonder why they keep calling it boring when it was this cool. Even Asher said the same thing. Is it because it's only a narrative type of story? There's no dialogues at all.

"Nope. Actually, it's amazing. I love the story of how this world was created, everything's really cool and interesting," I replied as I turn my head back to the book. Lia stayed quiet and I can feel her gaze, so I looked at her again.

"What is it? Do you want to say something?" I asked, her resting face suddenly changed expression into a soft one, she even smiled.

"Nothing. I didn't find that book interesting. It was written by Raini himself, you know? It's like a sacred book,"

"What?!"

This is such an important book and Asher left it wherever he wants?! He even misplaced it in the Magic Tower, are you kidding me?! Goodness gracious...

"Hahaha! You're so adorable! But, it's not like it's a crime to read it. It's alright if you know about these things, since it's Bro Ash who allowed you to read the book," Uhh...does that mean Asher is the authority of this book?

"Oh...I see..." That's the only thing I can say.

"I just came to check on you. I'll be going now, need to look into the barriers that Bro Ash placed. Read well, Ali!" She then pinched my cheek, ruffled Eri's hair, and then disappeared. She didn't even wait for me to speak, I have a lot of things I want to ask her...

Anyway, I should continue reading this book. I'm still at page 5, and it's when Raini is talking to his younger brother, named Myzrael. Myzrael refused the idea of creating the Primal Luminars and giving them the authority over Lumia instead of Myzrael.

[ Myzrael seethed with fury. The mere notion of granting authority to the Primal Luminars was intolerable to him. He harbored deep resentment toward his elder brother, Raini, for not choosing him as the sovereign deity of Lumia—the world Raini had shaped.

In his heart, Myzrael believed that his brother had lost faith in him. He convinced himself that Raini had abandoned him, leaving him behind to oversee the mortals and the lives birthed upon Lumia. Consumed by wounded pride and a desire for divine recognition, Myzrael resolved to create a world of his own—a realm where he alone would reign as god.

Beyond the cosmos Raini had awakened, Myzrael discovered a nascent universe, untouched and vast. There, he would become its sole architect and ruler.

He replicated all that his brother had made: the flowing rivers, the sweeping oceans, the swirling winds, and the verdant forests. He breathed life into animals and scattered them across the first planet he formed. But unlike Lumia, his world held no Primal Luminars. Myzrael sought no assistance; he wished for no intermediaries. He called this new world Noxar.

For a thousand years, Myzrael toiled. At last, he crafted humankind—beings who flourished and multiplied swiftly under his divine guidance. Unlike Raini, Myzrael entrusted his creation to no guardians. He tended to every aspect himself and found great joy in watching his people thrive.

Pleased with his accomplishment, Myzrael journeyed to visit his brother, eager to share the triumphs of his creation. Raini, seeing his younger brother's pride and sincerity, believed in his words without hesitation.

Yet fate, cruel and sudden, had other plans.

While Myzrael was away, a cataclysm befell Noxar. From the heavens, a colossal celestial rock plummeted—its sheer magnitude rendered escape impossible. It struck the heart of Noxar, and in an instant, fire and devastation swept across the world. All life was extinguished.

From afar, Myzrael heard the anguished cries of his people—pleas to their god, unanswered and fading. He returned in haste, only to find his beloved world reduced to ruin. The skies were darkened with smoke, the air thick with the stench of scorched earth and blood. Corpses blanketed the land, and beneath the monstrous rock, dried blood painted the soil.

He ran—across regions, through cities, over borders—but everywhere he looked, he found only death. His knees buckled. Grief overwhelmed him. Tears streamed down his face as he collapsed upon the barren ground, his sobs echoing through the lifeless silence.

From afar, Raini watched with sorrowful eyes. His heart ached for his brother, heavy with concern and empathy. Yet as he turned his gaze to the fallen stone, his expression darkened. Etched upon its surface were faint traces of divine power—familiar and vile. It was then that Raini realized the truth, the calamity that annihilated Noxar bore the mark of the very being who had once cursed two of his own Primal Luminars, and their incarnations. ]

What...Myzrael. Isn't that Virexon? So, he also ruled his own world...and he was happy and satisfied with it. Noxar was peaceful, but it was struck by a divine rock. And the one who did that was another God perhaps? And this was also the one who cursed his Primal Luminars and their incarnations? What? Then, Asher and the others are also cursed?!

Just who is that God?! And how come Asher never said anything about being cursed at all?

[ In the aftermath of Noxar's fall, Myzrael found his brother's incarnation standing before him. Raini's gaze was solemn, filled with a quiet sorrow. But to Myzrael, it was the gaze of betrayal.

Grief twisted into rage. Overwhelmed by the weight of loss and despair, Myzrael cast blame upon the one he once revered. In his mind, only one being possessed the power—and the motive—to destroy his world. And it was Raini. Though Raini spoke with sincerity, offering words of explanation and pleas for understanding, his voice could not pierce the veil of wrath that clouded his brother's heart.

Words turned to accusations. Accusations became conflict.

And so, the brothers—once divine kin—waged war.

For a hundred years their battle raged, shaking the fabric of creation. The heavens trembled, and the stars bore witness to their strife. Gods watched in silence, powerless to intervene. The clash of light and shadow echoed through the cosmos.

At the war's end, Myzrael made his final choice. He cast aside his divinity, renouncing his place among the gods. In his heart, only vengeance remained. Myzrael was no more.

From the ashes of the fallen god rose Virexon—a being forged of fury and sorrow, known henceforth as the Demon King. ]

What? He blamed his brother for it? Wait, why?! Uhh...still, I can't say anything about it. Due to his anger, he couldn't think straight. This is a normal response. Imagine, all your children dying, the world that you nurtured and took care of was destroyed by a single rock. His strong reaction to it is understandable. But...did he really thought it was his brother? Did he not trust him at all? I don't understand. Still...it's so sad.

He was happy and peaceful, but then his happiness was broken. Everything that he made was broken. And that's how he ended up being the Demon King.

Then...who was the one who sent that rock?

That very entity cursed two of the Primal Luminars, and I can guess those were Aisha and Azrael. And then cursed all the incarnations too, the Astras and the Selene. And then they threw that huge meteor in Noxar. What the heck is their plans? And who the heck...

But, it turns out Myzrael was just blinded by revenge and grudge. Hah...bro, you're taking revenge on the wrong people though! What do you want?!

But, does he even know who sent that freaking huge boulder flying to his world? I guess not. Otherwise, he won't be targeting us for his revenge. Dang it.

Speak up, Raini! Tell your brother the truth! Goodness gracious...

"Hah..." I sighed, feeling exhausted by just reading this book. It is a great story even though it's full of narration. I wonder how Raini wrote this.

"The demon king, he seems pitiful..." Eri spoke, she looked like she's about to cry. I mean, it really is sad. Virexon was such a good God and ruler.

"Yeah," I replied, I lay down on my bed and stared at my ceiling.

Alas, not all villains are born, but made.
