"He was just laying on the tracks and I felt like he was staring right back at me," said James Fontenot.
"Hush now, it's going to be okay," said his good friend and mentor Henry Peters.
"There was nothing I could do to stop the train in time to avoid striking the poor soul," said James. He just could not mentally erase the image of the train rolling over the man much less the sounds.
"It's daunting at first but eventually you will learn to deal with it Jim. If you're going to pursue this as a career, then expect fatalities like this to keep happening, it comes with territory," responded Peters as he squeezed Jim's right shoulder in show of support and solidarity.
