Having completed the transformation into Super Saiyan, his strength swelled to an unprecedented level.
Vegeta also slowly walked out of a deep pit, a broad smile on his face, brimming with arrogance.
Frieza's serious gaze sized Vegeta up and down. With just a few glances, he had already analyzed Vegeta's approximate strength.
"Hohohoho~~!! I didn't expect that in such a short time apart, you've already grown so much. Very impressive, little Vegeta, worthy of my praise." Frieza said with a mocking smile.
That arrogant expression made it look as though he didn't take Vegeta seriously at all.
Such behavior naturally made Vegeta fume, and he couldn't help but prepare to attack.
"Hopefully, you can remain as optimistic as you are now, because I, Vegeta, will become your nightmare from now on!! Even in Hell, I will accompany your evil soul." With those words, Vegeta took the initiative to attack, dashing swiftly to Frieza's front, fingers spread wide as he reached to grab him.
Frieza immediately countered, extending both hands and locking fingers with Vegeta.
At the same time, their auras erupted, and the two began a pure contest of strength.
Vegeta poured on more and more power, his golden aura surging endlessly like an erupting volcano, using Super Saiyan 1 at full power.
Frieza also unleashed more than fifty percent power of his first form.
"Boom~~!!!!" The icy-blue killing intent and golden aura flames clashed, transforming into a violent storm that shot straight into the sky.
Air pressure shifted drastically, ice shards filled the air, and the aura storm rampaged like a tornado in all directions.
Ginyu led his subordinates to a safe area.
Zarbon and Dodoria likewise led the surviving soldiers close behind.
On Talot's side, Nappa and Goku exchanged a glance, then after saying a few words to Talot and receiving permission, they flew straight toward the Frieza Force.
The battle here wasn't something they could interfere with; it was better to strike proactively and take out the rest of Frieza's soldiers.
Not only Goku, Nappa too wanted to prove himself.
Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, Krillin, and Chiaotzu also sprang into action.
This was also Talot's signal to them.
They had battles of their own to fight.

Frieza and Vegeta's contest of strength continued.
Having transformed into Super Saiyan 1, Vegeta's strength was formidable, his power level exceeding fifty million.
From a base of one million, the fiftyfold increase of Grade 1 Super Saiyan was already pushed to the limit.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, this level of strength still wasn't much.
Even in his first form, Frieza's power level was unfathomable. Talot had sensed it before; it was at least in the hundred million.
So Vegeta and Frieza were simply not in the same league.

"The fight's only just begun. Don't get too arrogant, Frieza." Provoked, Vegeta suddenly exerted force with both hands and flung Frieza aside.
Spinning through the air, Frieza quickly gathered his Ki and regained control of his body.
Locking onto Vegeta's position, he swung his hands rapidly, instantly firing dozens of Death Beams like a meteor shower at Vegeta.
Unwilling to be outdone, Vegeta instantly released dozens of energy blasts to collide with them.
"Rumble~~!!!!"
The energy explosions triggered a chain reaction. All the blasts detonated at once, and the all-encompassing energy flames spread outward, forming an impossibly thick wall of fire in midair.
Vegeta had no intention of letting Frieza off so easily. Using his keen Ki Sense, he locked onto Frieza's position through the wall of flames.
Aura erupted, shooting straight into the sky like a ray of hope.
In the blink of an eye, Vegeta broke through the flames of the explosion, descending before Frieza as a storm of powerful punches and kicks rained down like a torrential downpour.
"Bang!!! Bang!!! Bang!!! …" Vegeta attacked with full strength, the Prince's fighting style unleashed to its maximum. The fierce offensive caught Frieza completely off guard.
Ever since emerging from his seclusion, Frieza hadn't fought a single battle. Suddenly facing Vegeta's overwhelming assault, his defense slipped, and he exposed an opening.
"Thud!!!" A bone-rattling sound of impact exploded forth.
Vegeta's fist, filled with fury, struck Frieza square in the face.
The tremendous force of the blow sent Frieza's head snapping backward.
"Feeling the power of the Super Saiyan now, Frieza? Die!!" Vegeta would not let Frieza off so easily. His right arm, wrapped in golden aura, swung out once again.
But in the next instant, Frieza coiled his tail around Vegeta's wrist, cleverly neutralizing the attack.
"Little Vegeta, your attack just now made me a little angry!" The enraged Frieza raised his hand and fired a Death Beam straight at Vegeta's face.
With no time to dodge, Vegeta had to raise his left arm to block, taking the Death Beam head-on.
"Boom!!!!" Hit by the energy attack, Vegeta was knocked from the sky. Though he was struck, his timely defense prevented serious damage.
"Tch~!" Vegeta quickly adjusted his energy, glaring up at Frieza in the sky.
Frieza was tougher than he'd imagined, but having mastered the Super Saiyan form, he was absolutely confident he could win.
"I won't play with you anymore, little Vegeta." A flicker of killing intent flashed in Frieza's eyes. Raising his right hand high, he gathered massive energy into his palm, where a searing crimson energy sphere began to flicker.
"Buzz buzz buzz~~!!!" Ripples spread through the air as the crimson energy ball rapidly expanded, its diameter swelling to several hundred meters in moments.
Seeing this, Vegeta silently drew on the energy from his body, taking the energy-release stance. A white-purple aura flickered around his body as he formed his ultimate technique.
"Back then, I used this very move to destroy your Saiyan race's Planet Vegeta. Now, I'll use it to destroy you, Vegeta." With that, Frieza gave an effortless wave, sending the colossal Death Ball hurtling forward like an enormous meteor straight at Vegeta.
Hearing Frieza's taunt only enraged Vegeta further. The violent surge of emotion pushed his energy even higher.
"Frieza!! The only one dying this time will be you!! Galick Gun!!!" With a crazed roar, a white-purple energy cannon of immense power shot from Vegeta's palm, colliding head-on with the massive Death Ball.
"Boom!!!!!!"
At the moment their energy attacks clashed, a storm of overwhelming force swept out in all directions, causing space itself to ripple.
In this ultimate-technique showdown, Vegeta clearly felt an immense pressure bearing down on him.
His Galick Gun was obviously at a disadvantage, steadily being pushed back. The crushing pressure from the incoming Death Ball made veins bulge on Vegeta's forehead as his face twisted into a grimace.
"Damn it!! This Frieza is actually this strong. But I, Vegeta, have already mastered Super Saiyan, there's no way I'll lose to you!!!" Vegeta roared inwardly in frustration.
Under the massive pressure of the oncoming Death Ball, a deeper layer of Vegeta's potential was unleashed, and his Super Saiyan energy pool erupted.
With a muffled crackle from the muscles of his arms, the Galick Gun's energy output surged, perfectly canceling the Death Ball's impact and even burrowing into it, breaking it down from within.
"What?!" Seeing his Death Ball being held back, Frieza's expression subtly shifted.
He had underestimated Vegeta after all.
Just as Frieza was about to increase the Death Ball's power further to deal a fatal blow, something unexpected happened.
At the center of the Death Ball, white-purple light flickered continuously. Vegeta's Galick Gun then pierced straight through the Death Ball, swallowing Frieza whole in one go.
The pierced Death Ball immediately went out of control, exploding midair.
Blazing flames filled the sky as boundless storms swept across the far north, throwing a thousand-mile radius into violent upheaval in an instant.
