It didn't take a month for everything to go according to Herman's plan. The place he conquered is now his new home. He claimed the biggest stilt house in the place and made people renovate it into the model he wanted.
At first, everyone disagrees but one of Herman's abilities manages to convince them that this is the best choice.
The ritual Herman used to make a contract with the kalomba king managed to give him some pretty useful abilities. Besides the fact that he could gain access to control the kalomba, he also gained magic to hide their presence.
With a radius of 100 meters, all areas within that radius are covered by a large dome that hides whatever is inside.

Anyone outside the area would be unaware of what was happening inside. To them, they would just see an ordinary scenery.
But of course, an area with a radius of 100 meters would not be enough for a group to survive.
