The sun had already set by the time Akihiko returned to Konoha. He could have returned much earlier but he had things to do! And plans to think about so he simply walked leisurely towards Konoha!
Uchiha Manor
The whole Uchiha were in an unprecedented uproar after the death of Shishui! What does this mean? A Kage level Ninja died in his own Village! Wasn't this an insult to the Uchiha Clan? And how in the world could Shishui die without causing a noticeable disturbance within Konoha!
It must be other Konoha Shinobi who ambushed him! They wanted to eliminate the Uchiha Clan!
It was not known who spread this hypothesis around the whole Uchiha clan, but one thing is clear! The operation was clearly very successful! Therefore because of this rumor there was no longer any Dove or Hawk Faction! Only the Uchiha Front!
"When will they give us an explanation about Shishui's death?!"
"After the Nine-Tails attack, our clan has been continuously suppressed by Konoha, I think Konoha has never regarded us as their people!"
"There was no Ninja World War in which we didn't fight on the battlefield. Many of our clansmen died, but what did we gain?"
"That's right! We are worthy of Konoha, but Konoha is nott worthy of us!"
"What are you saying? We are the creators of Konoha but we are repeatedly disgraced and ridiculed on our own property! This is a huge insult!"
"That's right! The Senju have already mysteriously died off, who knows if that's the plan targeted at us!"
With this last statement, every Uchiha present felt a chill, and no one spoke anymore. As if digesting this unintentional revelation!
After a one minute silence, someone spoke up again.
"Its true! If the Village could eliminate the clan who produced the first two Hokage's, what more us who are seen as an eyesore!?"
Uchiha Fugaku has a headache when he saw this scene.
"Everyone, we need to wait for Konoha's response to this. We cannot afford to act rashly!" Uchiha Fugaku wanted to placate the crowd, but clearly he had underestimated the unrest and panic in the Uchiha's hearts! With the revelation of the Senju's demise, who knew when it will be their turn?
"Partriach, could it be that you don't care about the death of Shishui and still put blind hope in those Corrupt Quartet? We would all die before we know what's going on! Its better we die fighting than to die unprepared in our own land!" The young Uchiha spoke loudly drawing attention! In fact, the Uchiha respected the strong and dared not disobey their partriach, however, the methods of the current Partriach have made them very dissatisfied!
Uchiha Fugaku's gaze turned cold, ready to find out who dared question him, however…
"Well said, Young man! This night, we wash Konoha in blood! If they want to eliminate us, we go down with a fight! And take half of them with us! Don't worry, because once we take them down, the other Ninja Villages will complete our mission! If we can't have Konoha, no one else can!" Uchiha Setsuna's loud voice rang sonorously through the whole Manor!
Uchiha Setsuna can be said to be something like a Grand Elder, because he alone has been running the Uchiha clan after the era of Madara Uchiha! It was only recently that he handed the Partriach position to Fugaku.
Therefore, his prestige is several levels higher than the Partriach!
Uchiha Fugaku's face turned grim! Things had developed to this extent because of his negligence!
"My people, take up your weapons, draw your kunai, for we are going to war with Konoha!" Even though, Uchiha Setsuna's decision was seen as rash to other eyes, its not to him! Calling a trusted aid to his side, Uchiha Setsuna quickly spoke to him alone!
"Go to the other Major Konoha clans, and tell them not to interfere in what is going to happen this night! If not….they will be next! If the Elders could eliminate the Senju and target the Uchiha they are nothing special! If they won't help then they shouldn't put their hands in muddy water!"
After explaining such to his aid, who promptly vanished, Uchiha Setsuna looked at Fugaku with growing hostility and disappointment. Fugaku was a godsent on peaceful times but a disaster in critical situations!
Very incompetent, sheltered, lack of drive. Too much debuffs on only one person! Truly the worst clan head in the whole Ninja World!
"Fugaku, your method will only work in peaceful times, open your eyes wide! This is war! We cannot grovel to those bastards if not they will see us as a soft persimmon and will match all over us. Before we know it, we'll become like the Senju clan who are non-existent! Don't drag the whole clan with you to death beceause of your misplaced trust and cowardice!" Uchiha Setsuna roared at Fugaku causing him to flinch!
The roaring Uchiha's also calmed down and listened silently! They felt melancholy, as Fugaku was truly a good leader at peaceful times but was indecisive at crucial periods!
Uchiha Fugaku remained dazed as he reflected on Setsuna's words! Despite the public reprimand, he held no discontent with the elder since its only natural for an elder to educate the young!
Besides, this elder had shouldered the whole clan for two eras. Truly remarkable! He could not find himself hating such a character no matter what!!
Uchiha Setsuna's voice softened a little before he spoke calmly again:" I alone carried the Uchiha clan through the Tobirama's oppressive era to this era! Do you think we held on by bowing down our heads and accepting whatever happened to us?"
"Of course not! We fought for our rights, we pressured the Elder council and the Hokage for our rights! Not everything can be resolved peacefully, if you still think so then you are unqualified to lead us Uchiha, no matter how strong you are!"
"Uchiha Fugaku! Receive the edict! You are officially revoked of your duties and status as the Clan Head of the Uchiha clan! Any objections?" Uchiha Setsuna roared loudly!
Shock!
The Uchiha members were startled and shocked to the core! To think, the elder would take such drastic measures because of this! It seems that the unfolding confict will be truly serious. And they might die this night! However they had no fear!
Uchiha Fugaku's figure visibly slumped and he looked as if he aged ten years in an instant! He only felt regret, he had only wanted peace since he didn't like the war that claimed his beloved! To think that his actions unconsciously pushed the Uchiha clan to this situation!!
If the Uchiha clan were truly destroyed then he will go down in history as the most incompetent clan head. Bearing eternal shame, however Uchiha Setsuna who saw this made a way out for him despite everything! What a selfless and caring character.
Uchiha Fugaku teared up, when he thought off this. Taking a deep look at the solemn Elder, Uchiha Fugaku knelt down and knowtowed deeply to Uchiha Setsuna!
This action yet again silenced the Uchiha clan! Uchiha Setsuna masked his sorrow with clenched teeth and ruthlessness.
In the eyes of others, this was very ruthless, but only a selective perspective few could grasp the intricacies in this situation. Those who did, felt the same amount of pain and sorrow as Setsuna did!
In fact, Setsuna did not have the right to revoke Fugaku's staus however, as the person who gave the title and the dire situation they were in, all things could change! Normally, a vote with all elders and Jonin present will be required to remove an elder or the Partriach, however, desperate times come for desperate measures!
In the shadows, a young Uchiha looked at all this and frowned!
"I must inform Hokage-sama, this is bad news!"
Muttering to himself, Uchiha Itachi quickly vanished from the Uchiha grounds!
The other elders, looked at Uchiha Fugaku passively and didn't have any thoughts on helping him. If this were any other time, they could lend a helping hand, but in this life and death situation, no mistake could be tolerated!
Besides, the elder took on the shame that he as the clan head was meant to carry! He should be grateful!
"Good, take him away!" Uchiha Setsuna nodded in satisfaction before giving his instructions. Immediately two Jonins appeared beside Fugaku and took him away!
"We move in an hour, strike when the pots hot! We go for war! Brace yourself, for we might die! However, we fight to protect our clans dignity! We cannot go down without a fight like those foolish Senju! We make a splash before we die! Fight!"
"Fight!"
"Fight!"
"Fight! Fight Fight!..."
With a resounding speech from Uchiha Setsuna, the morale of the Uchiha were elivated to new heights!!

Returning to his recidence, Uchiha Setsuna put down his cane and stretched!
"Come!"
5 Jonins immediately appeared on their knees behind Setsuna!
"Evacuate the women, elderly, pregnant and take 20 fertile clansmen with you! Escape from Konoha and go to the Land of Demons! I have specifically secured a manor for you there! I want you to protect the last embers of the Uchiha until your deaths. If the other Ninja Villages cannot take our revenge then go to the Land of Lightning, request an audience with the Raikage Ai. And he will surely allow the Uchiha to thrive in his village! Then take revenge for us!"
The 5 Jonin were moved to tears! They knew that this was the last time they will get to see their mentor and father! The clan was going tp be destroyed! And they were the last hope of the clan!
Unconsciously, the Sharingan manifested itself, casting an eerie red glow in the night! The 3 tomoe spun rapidly but failed to connect and evolve! Seeing this Setsuna sighed wearily.
"Elder, why don't you come with us!?" A female Jonin asked in sadness.
"This old bones cannot do much for the Uchiha clan again. Its better I pave the way for you young ones! Its not the first time I've done this, though this will be the last! I'll be cheering for you in the Pure land!"
Uchiha Setsuna spoke with conviction and sorrow! Throwing a bunch of keys and a storage scroll towards his students, Setsuna resolutely turned his back and walked away! To think that things have come to this!
The storage scroll contained the information of all the Ninjutsu ever copied by the Uchiha's Sharingan since the Warring States Era! Its not an exaggeration to say that this contained 95% percent of all Jutsu's in the Ninja World! The inheritance of the Uchiha Clan is not to be underestimated!
What will have happened if they really followed Uchiha Madara? Would they have had their own exclusive massive village all to themselves?
Sighing wearily, Uchiha sent the Jonins off, before walking into his chambers silently!
The Jonins took one last look at the broad shoulder that seemed to have taken all the burdens of the Uchiha on himself, as if it could shoulder the whole world! Wiping away their tears, the Uchiha Jonins swiftly vanished into the darkness, ready to carry out their orders!

Anyway, I tried my best not to write too much on Fugaku and his words cause I don't like him. If you've noticed this please forgive me. Its actually naw that I know the reason behind Chinese racism in their novels. When you write, you unconsciously pour out your emotions at some time. The Uchiha saga is coming to an end!! Hurray!!! Anyway.... we'll soon be entering the Hyuga saga hehehe👌 Then the System saga...that will be the most interesting....trust me👍🤌🏻👌
